    摘要: An exercise apparatus and method. Typically, the exercise apparatus includes a frame, and left and right pedals interconnected to the frame. The left and right pedals are adapted to be moved in any one of the following ways: in a substantially vertical direction, in a substantially horizontal direction, and simultaneously in a substantially vertical direction and a substantially horizontal direction. The apparatus may include a pedal support assembly interconnecting the pedals to the frame. The pedal support assembly typically includes a horizontal guide assembly configured to enable the pedals to move horizontally, and a vertical guide assembly configured to enable the pedals to move vertically. Additionally, the apparatus may include a resistance subsystem configured to selectively apply a resistance force against the motion of the pedals. The resistance subsystem may be used to limit motion of the pedals to a predefined pedal path within the range of motion.

    摘要: A mold-resistant gypsum panel includes a core of an interlocking matrix of calcium sulfate dihydrate crystals, a facing material on at least one side of the panel and a salt of pyrithione dispersed through both the core and the facing materials. A method of making a mold-resistant gypsum product is also provided. A slurry of calcined gypsum, water and a water-soluble pyrithione salt is formed, then deposited on a sheet of facing material. The slurry on the facing material is shaped into a panel and maintained under conditions sufficient for the calcined gypsum to react with the water to form a core comprising an interlocking matrix of set gypsum crystals. Heating of the panel causes evaporation of the water that did not react with the calcined gypsum.

    摘要: A highly flame-retardant organic and inorganic complex composition without corroding metal parts, and a compact switch with excellent insulation properties after opening and closing electrodes, are provided. An organic and inorganic complex composition wherein the resin content is at 15 to 70 wt % and the content of one or more inorganic compounds capable of dehydration at 150null C. or more is at 80 to 30 wt %. When the composition is exposed to combustion, inorganic compounds being capable of dehydration at 150null C. or more and being contained in the organic and inorganic complex composition generate steam, which then suppresses combustion. Simultaneously, endothermic reaction during steam generation deprives combustion heat. A switch having a molded article of which the entirety or a part is composed of an organic and inorganic complex composition is provided, wherein the base inside 2a of the base of a box is composed of for example an organic and inorganic complex composition with the resin content at 15 to 70 wt % and the content of one or more inorganic compounds capable of dehydration at 150null C. or more at 80 to 30 wt %.
