摘要: A three-dimensional object printing system includes: a printing table for a plurality of three-dimensional objects to be placed on, the printing table having a plurality of detection reference marks; detecting means for detecting positions and orientations of the three-dimensional objects placed on the printing table and the detection reference marks; printing data generating means generating printing data corresponding to the three-dimensional objects based on the positions and orientations of the three-dimensional objects detected by the detecting means, the printing data generating means obtaining reference coordinates of the detection reference marks based on part of the detection reference marks; and printing means for executing printing on the three-dimensional objects using the printing data generated by the printing data generating means.

摘要: A printing control method, a storage medium and a photocuring printer are provided. Through the method, the automatic leveling process for a photocuring printer is implemented without involving a manual operation so as to implement the automatic leveling for a photocuring printer while ensuring the printing quality, and the molding platform is controlled to move towards the resin vat by a first preset distance, which prevents errors of the system leveling result caused by the assembly error of mechanical structure so as to ensure the molding platform to fit evenly with the resin vat to meet the requirement of firm bonding of a cured printing material to the molding platform, which is conducive to improving the printing success rate of a model.

摘要: A method for generating a quote for fabrication of a part to be fabricated is disclosed. The method includes receiving, from a customer device associated with a customer, a design request for a part to be fabricated by a fabrication process. The design request includes a three-dimensional (3D) model file representing the part to be fabricated. The method further includes generating a feature vector for the part based on the model file and determining a total height of the part to be fabricated. Further, the method includes identifying one or more candidate orientations for the part to be fabricated and generating, as a function of a geometry of the part and a candidate orientation of the one or more candidate orientations, fabrication parameters for the part to be fabricated, wherein the fabrication parameters include a cost to fabricate the part and estimated completion date.

摘要: A beam steering system in which the printhead follows a printpath along a curve, such as printing of a heat exchanger thin walls, typically undergoes errors due to varying beam angles, beam focus and beam speed. The present disclosure provides solutions to error reduction and increases reliability for printing rings and hollow objects related to 3D printing. Accordingly, a wall described by a curve function, may be fabricated using a printhead, which is moved in a print path that keeps the print lines orthogonal to the print path and tangent to the inner center line curve between the outer wall and the inner wall.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a system for additive manufacturing. The system includes a frame, a CNC bed configured with the frame. A metal dispensing mechanism configured to eject metal droplets on the CNC bed. The metal dispensing mechanism is configured to controllably move with respect to the CNC bed for manufacturing the object. The metal dispensing mechanism includes a first nozzle, functionally configured with the CNC bed, for controllably dispensing the metal droplets on the CNC bed, and the nozzle is fluidically configured with a reservoir having the metal. A piston configured with the reservoir, and the piston is configured to push the molten metal from the reservoir such the molten metal is released from the reservoir towards the first nozzle. The piston is made of thermally insulating material, and a transducer configured with the piston to facilitate mechanical jerking of the piston for facilitating the pushing of the molten metal from the reservoir.
