    Abstract: A fluororubber composition comprising 3 to 20 parts by weight of carbon fibers and 1 to 8 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes based on 100 parts by weight of fluororubber. The crosslinked molded article obtained from the fluororubber composition has excellent effects of not only imparting oil film retention, but also improving the material strength of fluororubber due to the combined use of carbon nanotubes, which have high reinforcing properties. Further, the fluororubber composition can give a fluororubber crosslinked product excellent in abrasion resistance and pressure resistance.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to improve the piezoelectricity of a PVT having the VDF ratio of 82 to 90% represented by a copolymer, in which copolymerization of vinylidene fluoride VDF and trifluoroethylene TrFe is 85 versus 15 (this is written as PVT85/15, and which is excellent in resistance to deformation, and heat resistance, etc. And therefore, it is also to obtain a piezoelectric film having piezoelectricity exceeding a PVT of less than 82 mol % of VDF represented by a PVT75/25, which conventionally shows the highest piezoelectricity, and a method of producing the same.
    A piezoelectric film is made of a mixture of two kinds (for example, a first copolymer is PVT85/15 and a second copolymer is PVT75/25) having different polymerization ratios of vinylidene fluoride VDF and trifluoroethylene TrFE.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for controlling Mooney viscosity of peroxide-cured fluororubber. The method comprises: adding an initiator solution in a continuous supplementary manner during the emulsion polymerization process of a peroxide-cured fluororubber until 5 to 10 minutes before the end of the polymerization reaction; wherein the amount of the initiator solution added initially is 0.1% to 0.5% of the total amount of the polymerization monomer dry materials, and the amount of the initiator solution continuously supplemented is 0.1% to 2% of the total amount of the polymerization monomer dry materials, based on the initiator. The present invention effectively controls the Mooney viscosity value of the peroxide-cured fluororubber within the desired range with small fluctuations by controlling the amount and the manner of addition of the initiator, thereby obtaining a peroxide-cured fluororubber with stable and controllable quality. Moreover, the present invention does not need to add a chain transfer agent, which reduces the amount of additives in the polymerization process, and meanwhile improves the reaction activity of the polymerization system, effectively shortens the time for polymerization, and is beneficial to industrialized production.

    Abstract: To provide a fluorinated elastic copolymer excellent in adhesion, processability, mechanical properties, heat resistance and chemical resistance.
    A fluorinated elastic copolymer having units based on a monomer (a), units based on a monomer (b) and optionally units based on a monomer (c), which has an iodine atom bonded to a terminal of a molecular chain and the unit based on the monomer (b) adjacent to the iodine atom, and which has a proportion of the units based on the monomer (b) of from 0.09 to 2.0 mol % to all units. Monomer (a): monomer selected from the group consisting of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, chlorotrifluoroethylene, a perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; monomer (b): a monomer having at least one type of functional group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxy group, a carbonyl group-containing group and an isocyanate group; monomer (c): a monomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene and propylene.
