Abstract: A fluororubber composition comprising 3 to 20 parts by weight of carbon fibers and 1 to 8 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes based on 100 parts by weight of fluororubber. The crosslinked molded article obtained from the fluororubber composition has excellent effects of not only imparting oil film retention, but also improving the material strength of fluororubber due to the combined use of carbon nanotubes, which have high reinforcing properties. Further, the fluororubber composition can give a fluororubber crosslinked product excellent in abrasion resistance and pressure resistance.

The first elastomeric fluoropolymer includes the following monomer units: about 45 mol % to about 65 mol % —CF2—CH2—; about 8 mol % to about 30 mol % —CF2—CF2—; about 4.5 mol % to about 25 mol % —CF2—CF(O—CF3)—; and about 6 mol % to about 20 mol % —CF2—CF(O—CF2—CF2—O—(CF2—O)n—CF3)—, where n is 1 or 2.

A piezoelectric film is made of a mixture of two kinds (for example, a first copolymer is PVT85/15 and a second copolymer is PVT75/25) having different polymerization ratios of vinylidene fluoride VDF and trifluoroethylene TrFE.-

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for controlling Mooney viscosity of peroxide-cured fluororubber. The method comprises: adding an initiator solution in a continuous supplementary manner during the emulsion polymerization process of a peroxide-cured fluororubber until 5 to 10 minutes before the end of the polymerization reaction; wherein the amount of the initiator solution added initially is 0.1% to 0.5% of the total amount of the polymerization monomer dry materials, and the amount of the initiator solution continuously supplemented is 0.1% to 2% of the total amount of the polymerization monomer dry materials, based on the initiator. The present invention effectively controls the Mooney viscosity value of the peroxide-cured fluororubber within the desired range with small fluctuations by controlling the amount and the manner of addition of the initiator, thereby obtaining a peroxide-cured fluororubber with stable and controllable quality. Moreover, the present invention does not need to add a chain transfer agent, which reduces the amount of additives in the polymerization process, and meanwhile improves the reaction activity of the polymerization system, effectively shortens the time for polymerization, and is beneficial to industrialized production.
