摘要： According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a composition includes about 5 to about 40 parts by weight of a solute copolymer component. The solute component optionally has one Tg or Tm of at least 25° C. The composition further includes about 60 to about 95 parts by weight of a solvent monomer. The solvent monomer component includes (meth)acrylate monomers and a multifunctional acrylate. The sum of the solute copolymer component and the solvent monomer component is 100 parts by weight. The composition further includes about 5 to about 100 parts of a plasticizer, relative to the 100 parts.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for generating mixed acetal polymers by reacting a hydroxyl containing polymer or monomer with vinyl ether and alcohol in the presence of an acid catalyst. The process of this invention provides a new class of polymers based on mixed acetals which are prepared in-situ with one reaction. The mixed acetal polymers are inexpensive to synthesize and readily reproducible. The resulting mixed acetal polymer is blended with a photoacid generator and dissolved in a solvent to produce a chemically amplified resist composition. A process for forming a pattern comprises the steps of providing the chemically amplified resist composition, coating a substrate with the resist composition, imagewise exposing the resist coated substrate to actinic radiation, and forming a resist image by developing the resist coated substrate.

摘要： This invention relates to a reactive plastisol dispersion comprising(1) a polyvinyl acetal thermoplast in particle form;(2) a liquid plasticizer member of the group consisting of(a) at least one an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, oligomer or prepolymer of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is H or CH.sub.3, R.sub.1 is an organic moiety and n is 1 or more,(b) at least one unsaturated polyester containing the group: ##STR2## wherein R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are organic moieties, x is 0-20 and y is 1-20; and(c) a mixture of (a) and (b);and, optionally, either(3) a free radical thermal initiator or(4) a photoinitiator for crosslinking.The reactive plastisol dispersion when fluxed can be useful as a sealant or adhesive.
