摘要: The present disclosure provides a photopolymerizable composition. The photopolymerizable composition includes at least one urethane component, at least one monofunctional reactive diluent, an initiator, and optionally an inhibitor. The present disclosure also provides an article including the reaction product of the photopolymerizable composition. Further, the present disclosure provides a method of making an article. The method includes (i) providing a photopolymerizable composition and (ii) selectively curing the photopolymerizable composition to form an article. The method optionally also includes (iii) curing unpolymerized urethane component and/or reactive diluent remaining after step (ii). Further, methods are provided, including receiving, by a manufacturing device having one or more processors, a digital object comprising data specifying an article; and generating, with the manufacturing device by an additive manufacturing process, the article based on the digital object. A system is also provided, including a display that displays a 3D model of an article; and one or more processors that, in response to the 3D model selected by a user, cause a 3D printer to create a physical object of an article.

摘要: A film is described comprising a first film layer having a Tg ranging from 30° C. to 60° C. The first film layer comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer composition. The film further comprises a second layer proximate the first film layer. The second layer is different than the first film layer. The second may be a cured (meth)acrylic polymer film or coating; a backing such as thermoplastic polymer, woven or nonwoven fabrics, metal foils, paper, foams; or a coverfilm such as a fluoropolymer.

摘要: An adhesive article is described comprising a foamed adhesive layer and a non-foamed adhesive layer. The adhesive of each adhesive layer comprises a tetrahydrofurfuryl (meth)acrylate copolymer; an epoxy resin; a polyether polyol; and optionally a hydroxy-functional film-forming polymer. The adhesive may be used in structural and semi-structural bonding applications and is designed to fail cohesively.

The acrylic polyvinyl acetal film has a Tg of at least 30° C. and comprises a (meth)acrylic polymer and polyvinyl acetal polymer. The acrylic polyvinyl acetal film is flexible and durable to mechanical deformation.

摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive is provided including an emulsion polymer containing a (meth)acrylate copolymer and nanocrystalline cellulose. The inclusion of the nanocrystalline cellulose results in an increase in the overlap shear properties of the adhesive while maintaining the peel adhesion. Articles and emulsions including the pressure-sensitive adhesive are also provided.
