    摘要: An apparatus for cleaning chandeliers includes a hand-held tank for holding hot water and a base supporting the hand-held tank. The base has a hollow interior. The tank has sidewalls, at least one of which is transparent. An air and water pump and a battery are mounted in the hollow interior. The battery is in electrical communication with the pump. A first inlet admits ambient air into an inlet of the pump and a second inlet admits water into the inlet. At least one air and water-emitting nozzle is formed in a sidewall of the tank. A pump outlet is in open fluid communication with the at least one water-emitting nozzle. The at least one nozzle discharges agitating water and bubbles into the hot water or above the water line, depending upon the water depth, to help dislodge chemicals and grease from chandelier parts immersed in the hot water.

    摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for monitoring and controlling a real-time oxidation-reduction potential in a hot water system to inhibit corrosion in the hot water system. The method includes defining one or more operational protective zones in the hot water system. One or more of the operational protective zones includes an oxidation-reduction potential probe that is operable to measure a real-time oxidation-reduction potential in the hot water system at operating temperature and pressure. The probe transmits the measured real-time potential to the controller, which assesses and interprets the transmitted potential to determine whether it conforms to an oxidation-reduction potential setting. If the measured potential does not conform the oxidation-reduction potential setting, the controller is operable to feed or remove one or more active chemical species into or from the hot water system and further operable to change at least one system parameter.

    摘要: The device for diffusing sprayed liquid in a reception zone includes a vessel suitable for containing a liquid for spraying and at least one diffuser of sprayed liquid that is arranged in the vessel. The diffuser includes in particular an ultrasound emitter. The cleaning method is such that during a stage of operation of the device in which the device is not diffusing liquid in the reception zone, the following steps are performed: heating a liquid in the vessel up to a predetermined temperature, preferably higher than 60° C., in particular lying in the range 65° C. to 80° C.; and draining the liquid from the vessel via a pipe of the device that is situated outside a circuit for diffusing sprayed liquid in the reception zone.

    摘要: A method and a plant for preventing contamination of a fluid in a fluid storage tank with a liquid cooling or heating medium is provided. In a method of controlling a temperature of a fluid in a fluid storage tank under a predetermined pressure by allowing a liquid cooling or heating medium to flow in an enclosed pressure-resistant jacket provided around the outer wall of the fluid storage tank, said method comprises allowing the cooling or heating medium to flow in the enclosed pressure-resistant jacket at a pressure not higher than the pressure x (atm) applied within the fluid storage tank, preferably lower than x (atm), whereby preventing contamination of said fluid with said cooling or heating medium. A plant for the method is also provided.
