    摘要: An improved actuator assembly is disclosed. The actuator has a rotor assembly rotatably mounted in a stator frame formed of a synthetic resin material. The stator frame has a borehole therein that receives a rotor assembly, a pair of mounting recesses, and a pair of bobbins portions. Each bobbin portion includes a slot. Induction magnets are mounted in each mounting recess of the stator frame such that they face the rotor assembly. A coils is would about each bobbin portion of the stator frame. The coils and induction magnets are angularly spaced about the rotor assembly. A core having a plurality of poles and holding portions, is also provided. Each core pole extends through an associated one of the bobbin slots and faces the rotor magnet. The holding portions are arranged to hold the induction magnets in place.

    摘要: A structure and method of fixing a housing in which four mounting grooves are formed at regular intervals along a peripheral direction at an opening end of a cylindrical yoke housing. An end housing is provided with a peripheral portion whose outer diameter is formed smaller than an inner diameter of the yoke housing, and a plurality of protrusions which protrude from the peripheral portion and correspond to the mounting grooves. In a state in which the protrusions are each mounted to the corresponding mounting grooves, four pairs of caulking claws, each pair of which is disposed at both ends in a widthwise direction of a respective mounting groove, are all fixed by being caulked simultaneously. The end housing is thereby coaxially fixed to the yoke housing.

    摘要: An automatic controller for use with a motor. A switch interconnects the motor and a power source for selectively establing an electrical connection therebetween. A relay coil is connected to the motor. When the motor is connected to the power source via the switch, the relay coil latches the switch in a steady connecting state. When increased current overdraw of the motor is sensed, a current-limiting thermistor limits or interrupts the current flow across the relay coil, to set the switch to a disconnect state and to cause the motor to stop.

    摘要: A vehicle window regulating apparatus is designed to move a window glass in a door on the side of a passenger seat up and down by operations of a remote contol switch installed on the door on the side of a driver seat. A relay is provided on a power supply line for supplying electric power to a motor in the door on the passenger seat side. This relay and the remote control switch are connected by way of a signal line and is of a diameter smaller than that of the power supply line. With operations on the remote control switch, switching signals are supplied to the relay via the signal line, and the relay is thereby turned on and off so as to supply electric power to the motor via the power supply line, so that the window glass is moved upward or downward. In the prior art apparatus, the motor on the passenger seat side is remote-controlled via the power supply line, but the present invention performs the remote control of the motor on the passenger seat side and can therefore achieve a reduction of power supply loss.
