Disclosed are a catalyst for synthesizing glycerol carbonate from glycerol and a method for producing the catalyst. The method includes adding an aqueous NaOH solution, an aqueous KOH solution, or a mixture of an aqueous NH4(OH) solution and an aqueous NaOH solution to an aqueous solution of a mixture of zinc nitrate and aluminum nitrate, aging the mixture, filtering and washing the aged mixture to obtain a solid, and calcining the solid under an oxygen, nitrogen or helium atmosphere. The use of the catalyst enables the synthesis of glycerol carbonate from glycerol and urea with high conversion rate, selectivity and yield. Further disclosed is a method for synthesizing glycerol carbonate from glycerol using the catalyst.

The digital band connector includes connect pins spaced apart from each other in a direction, passing through the digital bands made of digital yarns and to fix the digital bands, and electrically connected with the digital bands, a lower housing fixing the digital bands and the connect pins in a lower part and exposing one end of each of the connect pins through a lower surface, and an upper housing coupled with an upper part of the lower housing to fix the digital bands and the connect pins.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a wire flying system is constituted as follows: an object is hung on a wire such that said object is moved in a three dimensional space, wherein the length of the wire is adjusted by a winch; the three dimensional space includes a first range, a second range in which the length of the wire is within a preset safe length, and a third range in which the length of the wire is within a preset permissible length; a local safe device delivers information on a deviation from the first range to a control unit, if a local safe logic determines that an operating range of the wire is deviated from only the first range; the control unit controls a motor unit by delivering a software limit signal to a servo system unit, so that the operating range of the wire is set to be within the first range again; the local safe device delivers information on a deviation from the second range to the control unit, if the local safe logic determines that the length of the wire is deviated from the second range; the control unit stops the operation of the motor unit by delivering the software limit signal to the servo system unit; and a limit switch senses a hardware limit state and stops rotation of a drum unit by mechanically stopping the operation of the motor unit such that hardware safe control is performed, if the local safe logic determines that the length of the wire is deviated from the third range.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a solar cell capable of suppressing volatilization of selenium and deformation of a substrate during a manufacturing process. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the solar cell comprises the steps of: providing a substrate; forming a rear electrode on the substrate; forming a precursor film for a light absorption film on the rear electrode; forming a light absorption film by progressing a crystallization process for the precursor film for the light absorption film; forming a buffer film on the light absorption film; forming a window film on the buffer film, and forming an anti-reflection film on the window film; and partially patterning the anti-reflection film, and forming a grid electrode in a patterned area. Said precursor film for the light absorption film includes Cu—Zn—Sn—S (Cu2ZnSnS4), CuInSe2, CuInS2, Cu(InGa)Se2, or Cu(InGa)S2. Further, a Cu—Zn—Sn—S (Cu2ZnSnS4) precursor film, a CuInSe2 precursor film, a CuInS2 precursor film, and a Cu (InGa)Se2 precursor film or a Cu(InGa)S2 precursor film can have a multi-layer structure of each component or a single-layer structure having compounds of the components. Said crystallization step for the precursor film is progressed through an electron-beam irradiation process.
