Abstract: A system described herein may provide for the use of artificial intelligence/machine learning (“AI/MIL”) techniques to model energy usage information and energy saving techniques in various locations or regions (e.g., sectors) associated with one or more radio access networks (“RANs”) of a wireless network. The system may determine energy saving techniques, such as radio frequency (“RF”) transmission modification in time and/or frequency domains, antenna mode modification, cell sleep mode, beamforming parameters, and/or other suitable techniques to modify energy consumption at such sectors. The system may balance energy savings with maintaining Quality of Service (“QoS”) metrics at an acceptable level.

Abstract: A system described herein may provide a technique for allocation and/or preemption of radio access network (“RAN”) resources in a wireless network based on Quality of Service (“QoS”)-related metrics associated with User Equipment (“UEs”) that are connected to, and/or are requesting connection to, a RAN. QoS-related metrics may include a network slice, a QoS Flow Identifier (“QFI”), other suitable metrics. A Slice-Based Priority (“SBP”) determine one or more priority (e.g., SBP) values for UEs connected to the one or more RANs, and/or for UEs requesting connection to such RANs. In addition to QoS-related metrics priority values may be determined based on RAN-related metrics, such as Allocation and Retention Priority (“ARP”) values associated with a UE. RANs may accordingly be able to allocate resources, accept or deny connection requests, and/or perform preemption based at least partly on slice-related QoS metrics, thus preserving end-to-end QoS parameters.

Abstract: Systems and methods described herein provide a private network management service for enterprise networks with wireless access. The systems and methods receive, within a provider network and from a user of a private network, parameters for multiple subscription profiles; associate the multiple subscription profiles with an identifier for the private network to create private network subscription profiles; store the private network subscription profiles; and provide at least a portion of the private network subscription profiles from a core network of the provider network to an authentication proxy in the private network. The authentication proxy performs authentication for end devices locally based on the private network subscription profiles.

Abstract: A network device may receive a request to connect to a network from a user equipment device and perform a first admission control procedure to determine whether to temporarily allow the user equipment device to connect to the network. The network device may receive information identifying a slice associated with the user equipment device in response to determining to temporarily allow the user equipment device to connect to the network. The network device may perform a second admission control procedure to determine whether to allow the user equipment device to connect to the network. The second admission control procedure is based on the slice associated with the user equipment device. The network device may allocate network resources to the user equipment device in response to determining to allow the user equipment device to connect to the network.
