Abstract:
A method and a user equipment (UE) are described for transmitting power headroom (PH) information in a wireless communication system. A primary cell and at least one secondary cell are configured with the UE. One logical channel identifier (LCID) field is configured in a medium access control (MAC) sub-header. The one LCID field indicates a presence of a PH MAC control element (CE). A MAC protocol data unit (PDU) comprising the MAC sub-header and the PH MAC CE is transmitted. The PH MAC CE includes PH information for both the primary cell and the at least one secondary cell.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a communication method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: determining whether a serving cell management condition is satisfied; and managing a cell set including at least one serving cell for the terminal according to the satisfied serving cell management condition.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for establishing a device-to-device (D2D) connection in a wireless communication system is provided. A first mobile device transmits a D2D related message including an identity of a second mobile device, which is connected with the first mobile device, to a network. Or, a first mobile device receives a D2D related message including an identity of a second mobile device, which is connected with the first mobile device, from a network.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for receiving extended access barring (EAB) parameters in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives an EAB parameter, and receives an EAB parameter modification. The received EAB parameter is invalidated upon receiving the EAB parameter modification. The UE also waits for applying EAB until modified EAB parameter is received, and receives the modified EAB parameter.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting a power headroom report (PHR) from a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may include determining whether a time alignment timer (TAT) for a serving cell is operating; and transmitting, to a base station, a PHR including only the PHR on the serving cell in which the TAT is operating.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for reporting a buffer status in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: generating a MAC PDU (Protocol Data Unit) including first BSR MAC CE (Buffer Status Reporting MAC Control Element) for an amount of data to be transmitted via the first MAC entity; and transmitting the MAC PDU via the second MAC entity to a base station.

Abstract:
Physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring scheme considering a enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) is disclosed. According to the present invention, when a UE receives a first ePDCCH indicating a downlink transmission at subframe ‘n’ from a network, even though processes the received first ePDCCH until subframe ‘n+m’, wherein m is not 0, the UE is configured to monitor a second ePDCCH or a PDCCH from subframe ‘n+Xrtt’, where ‘Xrtt’ corresponds to a value of a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Retransmission timer (HARQ RTT timer).
Abstract:
Provided is a method for a terminal controlling access in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: obtaining service-specific access control information; obtaining service group access control information; and controlling access to a specific type of service based on the service group access control information and the service-specific access control information. The service-specific access control information includes a service-specific barring factor parameter which is applied to the specific type of service. The service group access control information includes a service group barring factor parameter which is commonly applied to specific service groups that include at least one type of service.
Abstract:
A method for applying one or more priorities for cell re-selection by a terminal in a wireless communication system is disclosed in the present invention. More particularly, the method comprises the steps of: setting a first priority and a second priority, applying the first priority for the cell re-selection, and applying the second priority for the cell re-selection if connection establishment with a network is requested for.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting a power headroom reporting in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: generating a PHR MAC CE (Power Headroom Reporting MAC Control Element) to be transmitted to the first BS; and transmitting a power headroom reporting through the PHR MAC CE to the first BS, wherein the PHR MAC CE includes only first PH (Power Headroom) information for activated cells served by the first BS such that second PH information for activated cells served by the second BS is not included.
