Abstract: A spin torque magnetic RAM according to the present invention includes at least one row selection line positioned on a silicon substrate to induce a spin orbit interaction therein; at least one first magnetic pattern positioned on the row selection line; a second magnetic pattern positioned on the first magnetic pattern; a tunnel barrier positioned on the second magnetic pattern; and a third magnetic pattern positioned on the tunnel barrier, wherein the first magnetic pattern is made of a cobalt film, the first magnetic pattern and the second magnetic pattern have a total thickness of 5 nm to form a free layer, and the third magnetic pattern is formed with a pinned layer in which a magnetization direction is fixed.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing a carbon-supported metal oxide and/or alloy nanoparticle catalyst. According to the method, a carbon-supported metal oxide and/or alloy nanoparticle catalyst is prepared by depositing metal oxide and/or alloy nanoparticles on a water-soluble support and dissolving the metal oxide and/or alloy nanoparticles deposited on the water-soluble support in an anhydrous polar solvent containing carbon dispersed therein to support the metal oxide and/or alloy nanoparticles on the carbon. The anhydrous polar solvent has much lower solubility for the water-soluble support than water and is used to dissolve the water-soluble support. The use of the anhydrous polar solvent instead of water can prevent the water-soluble support present at a low concentration in the solution from impeding the support of the nanoparticles on the carbon, thus providing a solution to the problems of environmental pollution, high cost, and complexity encountered in conventional chemical and physical synthetic methods.

Abstract: A RNA/DNA nanoparticle for delivering siRNA where a RNA transcript including at least one hairpin structure hybridizes DNA-cholesterol conjugate and folate-DNA conjugate including a complementary sequence to the RNA transcript, and a composition including the RNA/DNA nanoparticle is provided. More specifically, because various siRNA used for different applications can be contained in the RNA/DNA nanoparticle for delivering siRNA at a high loading efficiency, and has stability to the outer attacks such as nuclease degradation. The RNA/DNA nanoparticle siRNA can be prepared by self-assembly without using polycationic agent which is harmful agent for body. The folate targeting to various cancer cells can accumulate the nanoparticle selectively on target cancer cell after intravenous injection, and make excellent gene-silencing effect inside the cancer tissue, thereby being used as a good agent for treating cancers.

Abstract: In a remote interaction method performed by a remote collaboration system comprising a robot device and a head mounted display, the robot device is located in a remote space and comprising a projector, a panoramic camera and a high resolution camera. The head mounted display is located in a local space apart from the remote space. A communication between the robot device and the head mounted display is established based on a communication request. The remote space is observed by the head mounted display based on first image information and second image information. The first image information is collected by the panoramic camera and received from the robot device. The second image information is collected by the high resolution camera and received from the robot device. Necessary information to be provided to the remote space is searched by the head mounted display based on a result of observing the remote space.
