Abstract: A method for scanning for a base station (BS) of a second radio access technology (RAT) by a user equipment (UE) connected to a first RAT in a multi-RAT environment includes receiving information about one or more BSs of the second RAT adjacent to the UE, from an interworking entity (IWE) of the first RAT which manages interworking between the first RAT and the second RAT, and transmitting an awake request message to a specific BS among the BSs of the second RAT in a listening interval of the specific BS to which the UE desires to access, if a status of the specific BS is an idle mode, wherein listening interval information is included in the received information about the BSs of the second RAT.

Abstract: The present specification provides a method for transmitting uplink data (UL data) requiring a low latency in a wireless communication system. The method performed by a terminal comprises: receiving control information related to a contention-based PUSCH zone from a base station; and transmitting uplink data to the base station on the basis of the received control information. The contention-based PUSCH zone is a resource area where uplink data of the terminal can be transmitted without allocation of a UL grant from the base station. Further, in order to distinguish between kinds of specific procedures performed by the terminal, the control information includes procedure-distinguishing information allocated for each kind of the specific procedures.

Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment (UE) that operates according to a first indicator and a second indicator is provided. When the UE is in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state with a first communication system and is in a state of idle mode with a second communication system, the UE receives a first message including the first indicator and the second indicator from the first communication system. The first indicator instructs the UE to perform association processes with a base station of the second communication system. The second indicator instructs the UE to operate in a power saving mode with the base station of the second communication system. After the UE performs the association processes, the UE switches to an RRC-idle mode state with the first communication system and enters the power saving mode from the idle mode with the second communication system.

Abstract: Provided is a method by which a terminal performs a measurement in a cloud wireless communication system comprising one or more baseband units (BBUs), and one or more remote radio units (RRUs) connected to the specific BBU among the BBUs so as to directly provide services to the terminal through one or more cells. According to the present method, the terminal respectively receives a first measurement configuration message and a second measurement configuration message from a first BBU and a second BBU, which are connected, includes, in a first measurement report message and a second measurement report message, the results of performing a measurement on one or more first RRUs to be measured according to the first measurement configuration message and a measurement on one or more second RRUs to be measured according to the second measurement configuration message, and then transmits the first measurement report message and the second measurement report message, wherein when the first RRUs and the second RRUs include one or more overlapping RRUs, the measurement result of one or more overlapping RRUs is included only in either the first measurement report message or the second measurement report message.

Abstract: A method and device for dynamically allocating resources to a frequency band of a short transmission time interval (TTI) in a wireless communication system is provided. Specifically, a plurality of first downlink channels and a second downlink channel included in a subframe corresponding to one TTI are received, wherein the plurality of first downlink channels are received during sTTIs and the second downlink channel is received during the TTI. The plurality of first downlink channels are sequentially received. The plurality of first downlink channels are demodulated using control information included in a downlink control information (DCI) used for the second downlink channel and an RRC message. The control information and RRC message indicate frequency resources for the plurality of first downlink channels.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for selecting a cell by a terminal which is capable of establishing a radio connection through a plurality of radio interfaces. Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system, and provides a method of transmitting and receiving cell information by using a synchronization signal in a small-cell layout environment and a device supporting the same. A method of transmitting cell information in a wireless access system as an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of: configuring one or more pieces of cell information by means of a base station; configuring a downlink synchronization signal including one or more pieces of cell information by means of the base station; and broadcasting the downlink synchronization signal by means of the base station. In this case, the cell information is configured to be information different from the downlink synchronization information configured based on the downlink synchronization signal.

Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission method and a base station comprising: user equipment confirming a handover to be performed; transmitting to a macro cell a data forwarding request message for requesting forwarding of downlink data of a small cell to the user equipment, when the user equipment can establish an X2 or S1 interface with the macro cell to perform the handover; receiving from the macro cell a data forwarding response message for indicating establishment of a wireless bearer with the macro cell; and transmitting the downlink data to the macro cell through the established wireless bearer, based on the data forwarding response message.
