    摘要: The present invention provides a pipe tapping apparatus to couple new pipes to an existing pipe. The pipe tapping apparatus includes a base pipe, having a saddle-shaped socket part to be in close contact with the main pipe to pass a fluid therein; and a bending part coupled to the saddle-shaped socket part. The pipe tapping apparatus further includes a coupling pipe to be coupled to the sub-pipe extending to a predetermined place in which the supplied fluid is used, with a ball valve provided in the coupling pipe to control the flow of fluid passing through the coupling pipe. The pipe tapping apparatus further includes an electric heat-welding pipe to couple the coupling pipe to the base pipe. The electric heat-welding pipe has a first heating wire which is provided in the electric heat-welding pipe to weld the electric heat-welding pipe to the base pipe, and a second heating wire which is provided in the electric heat-welding pipe to integrate the coupling pipe with the electric heat-welding pipe. The pipe tapping apparatus further includes a first positioning unit which is removably coupled to an end of the coupling pipe, with a first through hole provided in the center of the first positioning unit, thus guiding a process of tapping the main pipe using the cutting drill passing through the first through hole of the first positioning unit.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing (meth)acrylic acid comprising a process of recovering (meth)acrylic acid as aqueous (meth)acrylic acid solution from a (meth)acrylic acid-containing gas mixture produced by the catalytic gas phase oxidation of at least one reactant selected from the group consisting of propane, propylene, isobutylene and (meth)acrolein, wherein the recovering process comprises the steps of: (1) feeding the (meth)acrylic acid-containing gas mixture into a quenching tower and condensing it in the quenching tower so as to recover an aqueous (meth)acrylic acid solution from the bottom of the quenching tower, in which some of the recovered aqueous (meth)acrylic acid solution is recycled to the upper portion of the quenching tower so as to condense the (meth)acrylic acid-containing gas mixture; (2) passing the uncondensed part of the (meth)acrylic acid-containing gas mixture from the top of the quenching tower to a distillation tower; and (3) heating the bottom of the distillation tower to separate water-containing impurity components from the uncondensed (meth)acrylic acid-containing gas mixture and to discharge them from the top of the distillation tower. A system used for carrying out the method is also disclosed.

    摘要: A fusible resistor and method of fabricating the same is provided. The fusible resistor has a very low resistance of 20 to 470 mΩ by depositing thin films as a fusible element made of a material with low resistivity such as copper having a temperature coefficient of over 2,000 ppm/° C. The fusible resistor comprises a resistor body, a fusible element layer formed to surround the resistor body, caps formed to surround ends of the fusible element layer, lead wires attached to the caps, and an insulating layer for insulating the fusible element layer and the caps from outside. The thus-fabricated fusible resistor performs all functions of a use without generating excessive heat.
