Abstract: A single event upset hardened multiport memory cell to be utilized in a register file is disclosed. The single event upset hardened multiport memory cell includes a storage cell, a write bitline, a read bitline. The storage cell, which is utilized for storing data, includes first and second sets of cross-coupled transistors and first and second sets of isolation transistors. The first and second sets of isolation transistors are respectively coupled to the first and second set of cross-coupled transistors such that two inversion paths are formed between the two sets of cross-coupled transistors and the two sets of isolation transistors. Coupled to the storage cell, the write bitline inputs write data to the storage cell. Also coupled to the storage cell, the read bitline outputs read data from the storage cell.

Abstract: A shading cover for motorcycles is to provide a box, a winding device and a canvas. The box being set on the rear seat of a motorcycle has an upper cover, a T-shaped block and a spring buckle. The winding device being inside the box is composed of a U-shaped block, a fixed shaft sleeve, a reel with a canvas, a spring, a left shaft sleeve, a right shaft sleeve, a cross bar and a push bar. The improvement is in the canvas which is rolled up onto the reel, and has a long flexible band sawn on the lower edge of the canvas, a long zipper with an additional canvas piece sawn on the upper front of the canvas, two short zippers with bags and rainhats sawn on the upper middle part of the canvas, and two canvas sleeves with short flexible bands placed on both sides of the canvas so that the canvas can be used as a sun shade and a raincoat.

Abstract: Innovations in flexible reference picture management are described. For example, a video encoder and video decoder use a global reference picture set (“GRPS”) of reference pictures that remain in memory, and hence are available for use in video encoding/decoding, longer than conventional reference pictures. In particular, reference pictures of the GRPS remain available across random access boundaries. Or, as another example, a video encoder and video decoder clip a reference picture so that useful regions of the reference picture are retained in memory, while unhelpful or redundant regions of the reference picture are discarded. Reference picture clipping can reduce the amount of memory needed to store reference pictures or improve the utilization of available memory by providing better options for motion compensation. Or, as still another example, a video encoder and video decoder filter a reference picture to remove random noise (e.g., capture noise due to camera imperfections during capture).

A blocking oligonucleotide, when annealed to an overhang portion, can prevent undesirable hybridization of the overhang portion to another nucleic acid, such as the overhang portion from another blocking oligonucleotide adaptor or a polynucleotide of interest.
