Abstract: Described herein is a composition for depositing copper on a semiconductor substrate, the composition including
(a) copper ions;
(b) a grain refiner of formula G1a or G1b or salts thereof; (c) a complexing agent; and
(d) optionally a buffer or a base to adjust the pH to a pH of from 7 to 13;
wherein
RG1 is selected from one or more H, C1 to C4 carboxyl, C1 to C4 alkyl, C1 to C6 alkoxy, halogen, and CN;
RG2 is selected from one or more H, C1 to C4 carboxyl, C1 to C4 alkyl, C1 to C6 alkoxy, halogen, and CN; and
XG1 is selected from C1 to 6 alkanediyl or a group —XG11—C(O)—O—XG12—;
XG11 is selected from a chemical bond or C1 to C4 alkandiyl;
XG12 is selected from a chemical bond or C1 to C4 alkandiyl; and wherein RG1 or RG2, comprises at least one C1 to C4 carboxyl group, or group XG1 is —XG11—C(O)—O—)—XG12—; wherein the pH of the composition is from 7 to 13.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing at least one polypeptide of interest in a Bacillus host cell, said method comprising the steps of a) providing a Bacillus host cell comprising a polynucleotide encoding the at least one polypeptide of interest, b) cultivating the Bacillus host cell under conditions which allow for intracellular accumulation of said at least one polypeptide of interest, thereby producing said at least one polypeptide of interest, c) stop of aeration and addition of feed, and d) incubating the cells for at least hours. Moreover, the present invention relates to a Bacillus host cell comprising a polynucleotide encoding at least one polypeptide of interest lacking a functional secretion sequence, wherein the ispA gene has been inactivated in the Bacillus host cell.

The polyisocyanate composition includes pentamethylene diisocyanate, at least one chain extender, and a polyol composition. A process produces said foamed pellets, and a molded body can be produced from the foamed pellets. The foamed pellets have many uses including in sports equipment, shoe components, and floor and wall paneling.

Abstract: The invention relates to an additive manufacturing system (1) and a method for manufacturing one or more three-dimensional structures. At least one deposition unit (3) with one or more nozzles (5) is arranged for dispensing a build material through an opening area thereof on a print surface (7). A controller is provided which is configured to operate the system (1) for deposition of filaments of a build material paste on the print surface (7) in an interconnected arrangement in a plurality of stacked layers in order to form the one or more three-dimensional structures. An actuation unit (9) is arranged in order to have printing access to the at least one deposition unit (3), wherein the actuation unit (9) is configured to hold the print surface. The controller is configured to control the actuation unit (9) so as to move the print surface (7) at the at least one deposition unit (3) during deposition of the filaments by said deposition unit. The one or more nozzles (5) of the at least one deposition unit (3) are arranged to remain stationary during the deposition of the filaments.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a process for making a coated cathode active material, where the process includes the following steps: (a) providing an electrode active material according to general formula Li1+xTM1−xO2, where TM is a combination of metals according to general formula (I), and x is in the range of from zero to 0.2, with a moisture content in the range of from 500 to 1,500 ppm, (b) reacting the electrode active material with a silicon alkoxide and an alkyl aluminum compound in one or more sub-steps, and (c) heat-treating the material so obtained in an oxygen-containing atmosphere at a temperature in the range of from 100 to 400° C. for 10 minutes to 4 hours.
