The method further including forming a portion of the inner wall that receives a valve seat, forming a portion of the inner wall that receives a control stem and a control element, and forming a lattice structure by depositing a solidifiable material onto the inner wall in a predetermined pattern, wherein the lattice structure is three-dimensional and includes a plurality of connected lattice members.

Abstract: A fluid flow valve includes a valve body, a loading chamber disposed within the valve body, a valve assembly, and a restrictor unit. The valve body defines a flow inlet, a flow outlet, and a loading chamber inlet. The loading chamber is coupled to the loading chamber inlet. The valve assembly is at least partially disposed between the flow inlet and the flow outlet and is in communication with the loading chamber. The valve assembly is adapted to cooperate with the loading chamber adjust fluid flow at the flow outlet by adjusting a fluid flow rate between the flow inlet and the flow outlet. The restrictor unit is at least partially disposed within the loading chamber inlet. The loading chamber and the valve assembly are adapted to be responsive to a change in loading pressure to achieve a modified fluid flow rate. The restrictor unit is adapted to adjust a response speed in which the modified fluid flow rate is achieved.

Abstract: A sound treatment assembly includes an outlet member having a bore extending along a longitudinal axis, and a first flange portion is adapted to be coupled to portion of a valve body of a regulator valve. The first flange portion includes a contoured mating surface adapted to mate with a corresponding contoured portion of an exterior surface of the valve body. The outlet member also includes a second flange portion disposed at the second end. A diffuser assembly includes diffuser housing extending along the longitudinal axis, and a first flange portion is disposed at the first end of the diffuser housing and is adjacent to the second flange portion of the outlet member. One or more diffuser elements are disposed within an interior of the diffuser housing to reduce noise levels in the fluid exiting the outlet member.

An example actuator includes an actuator housing having an actuator to define a first chamber of the actuator housing and a second chamber of the actuator housing. A loading fluid pathway is formed in the actuator housing to fluidly couple a loading fluid and the first chamber.
