Abstract:
Antibodies specifically binding to c-Met protein, hybridoma cell lines, and compositions comprising the antibodies are disclosed herein. Methods of making and using the antibodies and compositions are also disclosed.
Abstract:
A cell co-culture apparatus and a method of co-culturing and isolating cells using the cell co-culture apparatus to research interactions between cells by direct contact between the cells are provided. The cell co-culture apparatus includes a first substrate including a substrate portion and a plurality of projections provided on a surface of the substrate portion, each of the projections having a top surface for culturing cells, a second substrate including a same number of first channels as a number of the projections such that the channels fit with the projections and substrate surfaces formed between the first channels, and a third substrate including a plurality of second channels corresponding with the top surfaces and a plurality of third channels corresponding with the substrate surfaces.

Abstract:
An apparatus and method which print a biomolecular droplet onto a solid substrate using an electric charge concentration effect comprises: a needle shaped electric field forming electrode which is made of a conductive material, is disposed vertically, and comprises an accommodating area and a nozzle formed on a bottom end of the accommodating area; a solid substrate which is electrically grounded, is disposed below the electric field forming electrode, and comprises a moisture thin film and a target surface onto which the biomolecular droplet is discharged from the nozzle of the electric field forming electrode; and an open circuit type voltage applying unit which is electrically connected to the electric field forming electrode, applies a charge to the electric field forming electrode, and causes the biomolecular droplet to be ejected onto the target surface.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a cell culture chip for monitoring a cell culture in real time and a method of monitoring the cell culture using the cell culture chip. The cell culture chip includes a cell culture chamber formed by side walls of a non-conductive material and a bottom layer of an insulating material and capable of accommodating a cell culture media. The cell culture chip also includes a semiconductor layer disposed under the bottom layer, a metal layer disposed under the semiconductor layer, and an electrode disposed in the cell culture chamber. The cell culture chip monitors both the states of cells attached to walls of the cell culture chamber and the states of cells floating in the cell culture media.
