    Abstract: Provided is a node diaphragm scraping and sorting device for a bamboo split, which is configured to scrape node diaphragms of the bamboo splits and to sequentially sort the bamboo inner layers and bamboo outer layers of the bamboo splits towards the same direction. The device includes a scraping device, a sorting device and a clamping and conveying device which are arranged from front to back along an axis. The scraping device includes a conical cylinder, two pressing semi-rings, and a scraping ring. The sorting device includes an e-shaped sleeve composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, and two shifting forks located at both ends of the sleeve. The clamping and conveying device includes an inner ring moving on the axis, two clamping semi-rings and a conveying power device. The structure, function and technical parameters of each branch device are also introduced in detail.

    Abstract: A binocular-vision-based method for tracking fruit space attitude and fruit space motion, the method comprising: establishing a connected base coordinate system by taking a junction of a fruit and a fruit stem as an origin; statically photographing a feature point on the surface of the fruit and a point of the connected base coordinate system established at the junction of the fruit and the fruit stem; storing a photographed image; acquiring an inherent relationship between the feature point and the connected base coordinate system; photographing dynamic motion of the fruit; acquiring absolute coordinates of the feature point on the surface of the fruit; calculating, according to the inherent relationship between the feature point and the connected base coordinate system, absolute coordinates of a point of the connected base coordinate system at each moment corresponding to each frame of image; and respectively calculating the displacement, instantaneous speed and instantaneous acceleration of the fruit, calculating swing angular displacement and swing angular acceleration of the fruit, and calculating a fruit torsion angular speed and a fruit torsion angular acceleration at the moment t. The study of a fruit motion state in the field of forest fruit harvest through vibration is performed, so that the motion of fruits can be better tracked.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing nitrogen-containing activated carbon through ammonia activation, including: heating a carbonaceous raw material up to a switching temperature under a protective atmosphere; switching the protective atmosphere to an activator atmosphere at the switching temperature, and then heating up to an activation temperature; and carrying out an activation reaction at the activation temperature to obtain the nitrogen-containing activated carbon; where the protective atmosphere is one or more of nitrogen, argon and ammonia; and the activator atmosphere includes ammonia. In the present invention, the carbonaceous raw material is directly activated under the activator atmosphere, and nitrogen in ammonia and carbon in the raw material undergo an activation reaction to obtain the nitrogen-containing activated carbon. The method is extremely simple and convenient to operate, easy to implement, and has a relatively low cost.

    Abstract: An environmentally friendly combustion chamber for stable combustion of biomass gasification combustible gas. The combustion chamber is divided into a first stage cavity body (45) and a second stage cavity body (48) by a honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46). A combustion pipe (41) is connected to a biomass gas inlet and a primary air distribution pipe (54), the combustion pipe (41) is connected to the first stage cavity body (45), and an ignition gun (42) and a thermocouple T1 are arranged on the first stage cavity body (45). A secondary air distribution pipe (47), opposite the honeycomb-shaped heat storage body (46), and a thermocouple T2 are arranged within the second stage cavity body (48), and the second stage cavity body (48) is connected to an outlet high temperature flue gas pipe (51). The primary air distribution pipe (54), a primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air distribution pipe (47) and a secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) are connected together to an air supply fan (49), and a controller (50) is connected to the thermocouple T1, the thermocouple T2, the primary air volume adjustment valve (52), the secondary air volume adjustment valve (53) and the air supply fan (49). The combustion chamber solves the problems of unstable combustion flames in traditional combustors, and high nitrogen oxide amounts in tail flue gas.

    Abstract: A test device of universal nail/screw holding power is provided. The device is capable of penetrating a nail/screw into a test piece at any angle and positioning the test piece on which a nail/screw is penetrated at any angle to test the nail/screw holding power. The device includes a base, two opposite supporting plates, two coaxial disks, an upper bearing plate, a lower bearing plate, a side bearing plate, a through groove, a trapezoid slot, and a plurality of trapezoid bolts on the same circumference. When the disk is turned, at least one trapezoid bolt is stretch into the trapezoid slot; when the at least one trapezoid bolt engages with the trapezoid slot and then is tightened up, the at least one trapezoid bolt and the trapezoid slot cooperatively limit the turn of the disk.
