Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for closed reduction of a bone fracture. The apparatus includes at least: a pulling adaptor including: a handle configured to be gripped by an operator; an insertion rod that is extended from the handle in a longitudinal direction of the handle, and configured to be inserted into the bone fracture which is depressed in at least one area thereof; and a pulling lug that is bent and extended from an end of the insertion rod such that a longitudinal direction of the pulling lug is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the insertion rod or such that the pulling lug is inclined with respect to the insertion rod, the pulling lug being configured to be inserted into the at least one depressed area of the bone fracture, in order to pull the bone fracture.

Abstract: Provided are a psoriasis-induced transgenic animal model overexpressing the Pellino homolog 1 (Peli1) gene according to doxycycline administration, and a use thereof. The transgenic animal model of the present disclosure exhibited similarity to phenotypes shown in patients with psoriasis, due to overexpression of the Pellino homolog 1 (Peli1) gene according to doxycycline administration. It is anticipated that the transgenic animal model may be usefully used in clinical studies, such as screening for a candidate drug for the treatment of psoriasis. Additionally, it is anticipated that a peptide derived from the Peli1 FHA domain targeting the FHA binding motif that inhibits normal substrate binding between a substrate protein and the Peli1 protein may be usefully used in the development of new drugs for psoriasis-associated diseases. Moreover, by confirming an expression level of the Peli1 protein, it is anticipated to be usefully used in evaluating the severity of patients with psoriasis.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for labelling fluorine-18, which is a radioisotope, and more specifically, to a method for labelling a [18F]fluoride in a method for preparing an organic [18F]fluoro compound by reacting an alkyl halide or an alkyl sulfonate with a [18F]fluoride, wherein a [18F]fluoride supported on a quaternary alkyl ammonium polymer support is eluted using a solution containing a metal salt or a quaternary ammonium salt with an adjusted pH, and a base is not additionally used. The present invention enables a labeling reaction without an additional base after precisely reflecting the concentration of a base absolutely necessary for the nucleophilic substitution of a [18F]fluoride or eluting a [18F]fluoride using a [18F]fluoride eluent with an adjusted pH, thereby stably obtaining a [18F]fluoride-labelled compound in a high yield, and is thus useful for production of fluorine-18-labelled radioactive medical supplies.

Abstract: There is disclosed a multi-wavelength endoscopic system for imaging an observation site labeled with a plurality of fluorescent materials having different colors. The system includes an imaging unit configured to acquire image data by polarizing incident light reflected from the observation site in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, dividing a spectrum region of the incident light polarized in the first direction and the second direction into a plurality of spectrum channels and measuring the intensity of light for each of the spectrum channel. The system further includes a computing unit configured to store a single fluorescence spectrum extracted from sample image data obtained by single-treating the observation site with each of the fluorescent materials and configured to separate and output the image data obtained in the imaging unit using the single fluorescence spectrum so that each of the fluorescent materials is displayed separately.

The magnetic field generator disperses secondary electrons that have particular energy levels equal to or lower than a preset value.
