A processing method for processing a workpiece moving in a processing chamber, the processing method includes: discharging a vapor from a first nozzle toward the workpiece while flowing a fluid through a fluid channel which is provided inside a wall, the wall enclosing the processing chamber.

The television receiver 250 receives function information, whereby whether or not the disk recorder 210 is an eHDMI-compatible device can be determined, and in the case of an eHDMI-compatible device, a compatible transmission format (application) can be recognized. It can also be conceived to transmit the function information from the television receiver 250 to the disk recorder 210 in the same way as described above.

摘要： A zoom lens includes a first lens group including at least one positive lens and having a positive refractive power as a whole, a second lens group having a negative refractive power, a third lens group having a positive refractive power, and a fourth lens group having a positive refractive power wherein the first to the fourth lens groups are arranged sequentially from a subject. When magnification is varied from a wide angle end to a telephoto end, the second lens group is moved along an optical axis from the subject-side to an image plane. When given conditions are fulfilled, a small zoom lens with less manufacturing costs, high optical performance, and high magnification is realized.

The first nozzle has a discharge port configured to discharge a processing liquid or a processing gas. The discharge port is opposed to a moving path of the workpiece and the processing liquid or the processing gas is discharged from the discharge port in a discharge direction directed to an upstream side of a moving direction of the workpiece relative to a direction perpendicular to the moving direction. The partition member partitions a space above the moving path in the processing chamber, and the space is partitioned at a position of the first nozzle into an upstream space on the upstream side of the moving direction and a downstream space on a downstream side of the moving direction.

In this apparatus, when any caption broadcast is started by teletext, priority display of the caption can be realized without enlarging the apparatus structure or raising the production cost thereof.

摘要： A television receiver capable of displaying the condition, i.e., ON or OFF, of the power supply which supplies electric power to an external BS (broadcasting satellite) reception converter, together with the reception level at the BS antenna. The level at the antenna is detected by a level detector circuit (27) according to the output from a BS tuner (23) and displayed on the CRT (36). A power supply circuit (20) which supplies electric power to the external BS converter is switched on by a power switch (46). A system controller (41) detects the condition of this power switch and displays this condition together with the antenna reception level.

摘要： In a monitor apparatus for a television system, a dynamic range of a brightness level of an image quality is widened, and an image very similar to a picture of a movie film is represented on the monitor apparatus. With employment of the YM function for performing the half blanking process by controlling the gain of the video processor, for instance, when an image quality mode such as "theater" mode is selected, the video processor outputs such a control signal that the overall picture period becomes an H level (namely, YM function is turned ON). In the video processor into which such a control signal is inputted, the gain control is carried out. The video signal outputted from the video processor owns such a waveform that the half blanking process has been executed over the entire picture period. The brightness of the overall image can be lowered by this YM function.
