    Abstract: To provide a fluorinated coating material capable of forming a coating film excellent in water repellency and substrate adhesion. Further, to provide a method for producing the coating material, a coated article and its production method. A fluorinated coating material comprising a fluorinated polymer having the following units F, the following units 1 and the following units 2: units F: at least one type of units selected from the group consisting of units based on CF3—CH═CHF and units based on CF3—CF═CH2; units 1: at least one type of units selected from the group consisting of units having a carboxy group, units based on allyl alcohol and units based on a hydroxyalkyl allyl ether; units 2: at least one type of units selected from the group consisting of units based on a vinyl ether, units based on a vinyl ester, units based on an allyl ether (excluding a hydroxyalkyl allyl ether), units based on an allyl ester and units based on a (meth)acrylic acid ester.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an aqueous dispersion capable of forming a coating film excellent in coloring stability, a method for producing the aqueous dispersion, an aqueous coating material and a coated article. This aqueous dispersion comprises water, a surfactant and a fluorinated polymer, wherein the fluorinated polymer is dispersed in the water, wherein the fluorinated polymer comprises units based a fluoroolefin and units based on a monomer having a hydrophilic group, and the surfactant is a compound of such a structure that to a benzene ring, 1 group represented by the formula —(OQ)nOSO3−X+ and 2 to 4 phenyl alkyl groups are bonded (where Q represents a C2-4 alkylene group, n represents an integer of from 2 to 48, and X+ represents Na+ or NH4+).

    Abstract: To provide a powder coating material capable of forming a coating film excellent in impact resistance, flexibility and adhesion to substrate and excellent in surface smoothness even when formed under low temperature film-forming conditions.The powder coating material of the present invention is a powder coating material comprising a fluorinated polymer having units based on a fluoroolefin, units based on a monomer represented by the formula X—Z and units based on a monomer represented by the formula CHR21═CR22 (CH2)nCOOH, wherein the content of the units based on a monomer represented by the formula X—Z is from 5 to 20 mol % to all units in the fluorinated polymer, and the fluorinated polymer has a melt viscosity at 170° C. of from 20 to 100 Pa·s (in the formulae, X is a specific monovalent polymerizable group, Z is a specific alkyl group, a specific cycloalkyl group or a specific aryl group, R21 and R22 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a specific alkyl group, and n is an integer of from 0 to 12.
