摘要: An apparatus and method for transmit power savings comprising determining a rate of a previous frame; determining if a current frame is an ALWAYS-ON frame, wherein the current frame temporally succeeds the previous frame; and either ignoring every other reverse link power control (RLPC) bits received on a forward power control subchannel (F-PCSCH) or applying every RLPC bits received on the F-PCSCH. In one aspect, the apparatus and method for transmit power savings comprising using a rate determination algorithm (RDA) to determine a rate of a previous frame; detecting a pilot gating pattern at the end of the previous frame; comparing the rate of the previous frame to a threshold; determining if a current frame is an ALWAYS-ON frame; and declaring the current frame to be a 0 bps frame and puncturing the F-PCSCH to a predetermined frequency.

摘要: Scalable empirical testing of media file playback utilizes test hooks in each media player to support simulated human interaction and playback monitoring. A media crawler catalogs media files accumulated in a media file database to create a wordlist. One or more scalable instances of media tester accesses the wordlist to select items of work linked to media files. Work items and/or operating modes of media tester specify test parameters such as performance profiles or further define testing such as specifying repetitious playback on one or more media players. Media files are downloaded to and played by a scalable number of media players. Playback performance is monitored, analyzed and reported. Failure reports are accompanied by instructions to reproduce failures and cross-references to content or source code in media files. Failures can be audited by additional work items for follow-up testing.

摘要: An advanced treatment method of feed water by combination of metal zinc and ozone is provided. The advanced treatment method of feed water comprises putting metal zinc into an ozone contact reactor, adding water to be treated into the reactor at a flow rate of 1-50 m/h, at the same time, introducing ozone into the water such that the ozone, the metal zinc and the water can be contacted with each other fully. The hydraulic retention time of the water to be treated in the reactor is 1-200 min. The amount of the ozone which is introduced into the water to be treated is 0.1-100 mg per liter water. During the water treatment process of the invention, the metal ions cannot be lost, the secondary pollution cannot be caused, and the preparation technology is simple with low cost and good treatment effect.

The holding module has a plurality of positioning units for positioning the connectors. The feeding module includes a power unit, a sliding unit disposed on the frame assembly, a plurality of pushing units and a grouping unit mounted to the sliding unit respectively. The pushing units are capable of repeatedly pushing the respective connectors move forward until the connectors are positioned by the positioning units and then move backward for repeating the last action to push the next connectors forward. The grouping unit is capable of repeating the action of pushing forward the connector positioned by the forward positioning unit and capable of being controlled by the power unit to disconnect with or connect with and push the corresponding connectors.

摘要: A method and system for providing asymmetric modes of operation in multi-carrier wireless communication systems. A method may assign a long code mask (LCM) to an information channel associated with a plurality of forward link carriers to transmit data from an access network to an access terminal; and multiplex the information channel on a reverse link carrier. The information channel may include one of data source channel (DSC), data rate control (DRC) and acknowledgment (ACK) information, and the multiplexing may be code division multiplexing (CDM). The AN may instruct the AT on whether to multiplex the DSC information based on feedback from the AT. The method may further offset the ACK information on the reverse link to reduce the reverse link peak to average, CDM the information channel on an I-branch and on a Q-branch, and transmit the code division multiplexed information channel on the reverse link carrier.

摘要: Migrating services and clients from a legacy topology to a new topology. A method includes receiving user input selecting a first client managed by a first configuration management system to migrate to a second configuration management system. Dependencies of the first client are determined, including determining services on which the first client depends to function in a topology. The dependencies of the first client including services and their data on which the first client depends to function in a topology are migrated to a second configuration management system or an administrator is alerted to the dependencies of the first client including services and their data on which the first client depends to function in a topology.
