摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a molding made from blowing agent-containing foam comprising at least one fiber (F), wherein the at least one fiber (F) is partially introduced into the blowing agent-containing foam. The two ends of the respective fiber (F) that are not surrounded by the blowing agent-containing foam thus project from one side of the corresponding molding. The present invention also provides the molding as such. The present invention further provides a panel comprising at least one such molding, produced by the process according to the invention, and at least one further layer (S1). The present invention also provides for the production of the panels of the invention and for the use thereof, for example as a rotor blade in wind turbines.

摘要: Laser-markable foamed pellets contain a composition (MI), containing a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE-1) and a color component as component (c1) selected from laser marking additives. A process can be used for producing said laser-markable foamed pellets. The laser-markable foamed pellets according to the present invention can be used for preparing a laser-markable molded body. A process for preparing a laser-markable molded body involves providing and fusing the laser-markable foal led pellets.

wherein the monomer mixture (M) includes in the range from 45 to 55 mol % of component (B1) and in the range from 45 to 55 mol % of component (B2), based on the total molar amount of the monomer mixture (M), and the sum total of the components of (A) and (B) is 100% by weight, and processes for production thereof.-

摘要: Expandable, blowing agent-containing pellets based on high temperature thermoplastics having a glass transition temperature according to ISO 11357-2-1999 of at least 180° C., wherein the expandable, blowing agent-containing pellets comprise at least one nucleating agent and have a poured density according to DIN ISO 697:1982 in the range from 400 to 900 kg/m3 and a mass in the range from 1 to 5 mg/pellet, processes for production thereof and foam particles obtainable therefrom having a glass transition temperature according to ISO 11357-2-1999 of at least 180° C., wherein the expanded foam particles comprise at least one nucleating agent and have a poured density according to DIN ISO 697:1982 in the range from 10 to 200 kg/m3, and particle foams obtainable therefrom and the use thereof for producing components for aviation.

The block (P1) is obtained or obtainable by reaction of a triblock copolymer having the structure A-B-A′, where block B is selected from polyethers or polyesters and blocks A and A′ are identical or different, and at least one polymer (PM) selected from polyesters and polyethers. The block (P2) is selected from polyamides and polyesters. A process can be used for producing the inventive block copolymer, a shaped article can be made containing the inventive block copolymer, and the inventive block copolymer can be used for producing a shaped article.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for production of expanded thermoplastic elastomer, said process comprising the steps of: (e) adding monomers and/or oligomers used for producing the thermoplastic elastomer with or without further starting materials into a first stage of a polymer-processing machine, (f) mixing the monomers and/or oligomers and also the optionally added further starting materials and reacting the monomers and/or oligomers to give a polymer melt in the first stage of the polymer-processing machine, (g) passing the polymer melt into a second stage of a polymer-processing machine and adding a physical blowing agent with or without further starting materials to obtain a polymer melt comprising a blowing agent, (h) molding the polymer melt comprising a blowing agent into an expanded thermoplastic elastomer.

摘要: A process for production of expanded thermoplastic elastomer beads in the presence of a gaseous medium that surrounds thermoplastic elastomer beads. The process comprises a) an impregnating step, in which the gaseous medium has an impregnating temperature Ta, and the absolute pressure of the gaseous medium is greater than ambient pressure, the thermoplastic elastomer beads impregnated with a blowing agent, b) an expanding step, in which the thermoplastic elastomer beads expand as they are exposed to a pressure reduction at a first expanding temperature Tb, and c) optionally a fusing step, in which the expanded thermoplastic elastomer beads are fused together at a fusing temperature Tc to form at least one shaped part.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for production of expanded pellets from a polymer melt comprising a blowing agent, said process comprising the steps of: a) pressing the polymer melt comprising a blowing agent through a perforated disk controlled to a temperature between 150° C. and 280° C. and into a pelletizing chamber, b) using a cutting device to comminute the polymer melt pressed through the temperature-controlled perforated disk into individual expanding pellets, c) discharging the pellets from the pelletizing chamber using a liquid stream, wherein the blowing agent comprises CO2 or N2 or a combination of CO2 and N2 and the pelletizing chamber is traversed by a stream of liquid which is controlled to a temperature between 10° C. and 60° C. and the pressure of which is from 0.7 bar to 20 bar above ambient pressure, the pressure and temperature for the liquid in the pelletizing chamber and also the temperature for the perforated disk being chosen such that the pellets are expanded in the pressurized liquid by the blowing agent they contain so as to produce expanded pellets having an uninterrupted skin.
