The metasurface lens includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; multiple first micro nanostructures arranged at intervals on one side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; multiple second micro nanostructures arranged at intervals on one side of the second substrate facing the first substrate; wherein at least one of the first micro nanostructures is located in gaps between multiple of the second micro nanostructures, and at least one of the second micro nanostructures is located in gaps between multiple of the first micro nanostructures. The present disclosure can reduce the difficulty of the manufacturing process.
