摘要: A method and circuit adaptively adjust respective timing offsets of digital signals relative to a clock output along with the digital signals to enable a latch receiving the digital signals to store the signals responsive to the clock. A phase command for each digital signal is stored in an associated storage circuit and defines a timing offset between the corresponding digital signal and the clock. The clock is output along with each digital signal having the timing offset defined by the corresponding phase command and the digital signals are captured responsive to the clock and evaluated to determine if each digital signal was successfully captured. A phase adjustment command adjusts the value of each phase command. These operations are repeated for a plurality of phase adjustment commands until respective final phase commands allowing all digital signals to be successfully captured is determined and stored in the storage circuits.

摘要: An apparatus and method to distribute ozone is described. In one embodiment, one or more ozone systems are in communication with a control center. The central control center receives ozone quality and delivery data from the ozone systems. The control center processes the ozone quality and delivery data to determine the amount and type of ozone dispensed. The ozone quality and delivery data is also used to generate ozone consumption data used to determine the cost of the ozone gas dispensed to the customer. In one embodiment, the control center generates an ozone usage bill based on the amount of ozone consumed. The control center also may remotely manage the one or more ozone systems such that if a customer exceeds a billing threshold, the control center may turn off the one or more systems. In another embodiment, the one or more ozone systems may be responsive to an allocation processing system that controls the amount of ozone dispensed via a key code.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and apparatus is provided for calibrating a driver impedance in an integrated circuit device. The method includes providing a signal from a synchronous circuit that is indicative of an impedance mismatch between a driver circuit and a load. The method also includes selecting one of a plurality of impedances of the driver circuit to reduce the impedance mismatch in response to the signal.

摘要: An improved brush cutter having an upper feed control member with stop, forward, neutral, and reverse positions also has a lower feed stop member with selectable sensitivity. Another aspect of the invention is to predict the feed roller shutoff point according to the rate of engine deceleration. According to another aspect, when the feed rollers stop feeding material into the cutters, to overcome drag on the cutters, a controller stops the feed rollers and then reverses them for a short time, and then reverses the rollers again if the problem is still present. To prevent jamming, a pressure switch senses when oil in a hydraulic motor system for rotating the feed rollers is too high and the controller momentarily reverses the feed rollers and then causes them to go forward, a cycle which can occur several times until the feed rollers are no longer stalled. By another aspect of the invention, the controller senses characteristics of the brush cutter and chooses an operating system based on the characteristics sensed. The controller can also sense if the brush chipper has not been used for a predetermined period of time and automatically reduce the idle speed of the engine until the brush chipper is used again, and then automatically return the engine to a normal idle speed before the feed rollers will pull brush into the brush chipper.

摘要: A method of controlling RF interference in a healthcare establishment. The method comprises receiving data regarding a wirelessly detectable tag associated to a first piece of equipment within the healthcare establishment; determining whether the first piece of equipment is positioned relative to a second piece of equipment within the healthcare establishment such that an RF interference constraint is violated, based at least in part on the data regarding the wirelessly detectable tag; and responsive to the RF interference constraint being violated, causing a variation in RF power transmitted by at least one of the first piece of equipment and the second piece of equipment. In this way, wireless communication equipment can be used in the healthcare establishment without deleterious effects on sensitive medical equipment.

摘要: A method of monitoring residual treating agent in treated water wherein fluorescent tracers are used to determine the concentration of treating agent in the water at two different treating agent dosages and the difference in the measured concentrations of the fluorescent tracer at the respective doses are correlated with the residual concentration of the treating agent. The fluorescence response at the different treating agent dosages is used to determine whether the system is overdosed or underdosed on a continuous basis and to control treating agent dose accordingly.
