    Abstract: An electric vehicle control system and a control method, an electric vehicle power-on method, an electric vehicle power-off method, and an electric vehicle charging method are disclosed in this application. The control system includes a domain control unit controlling an electric vehicle, a current sampling unit sampling the current of a power battery and a motor of the electric vehicle and sending sampling signals to the domain control unit, and electrical device, driven by the power battery, sampling the current flowing through it and sending the sampling signals to the domain control unit. The domain control unit, according to the sampling signals sent by the electrical device and the current sampling unit, manages the power battery and controls a motor driver module and the electrical device. The structure of the control system and the control policy are simplified and the power-on and power-off time is shortened.

The method includes: obtaining an input power and an output power of an electric motor; calculating a loss power based on the input power and the output power; determining a target d-axis current of the electric motor, where the target d-axis current is calculated by a calculation module based on the loss power, the calculation module includes a tracking differentiator, and the calculation module operates in a controller; and determining a duty ratio based on the target d-axis current and a preset q-axis current, and inputting the duty ratio into an inverter so that the inverter drives, based on the duty ratio, the electric motor to operate.

    Abstract: This application relates to a pre-charging circuit and a method thereof. The pre-charging circuit includes a controller, a PWM control unit, and a drive unit. The controller and the PWM control unit are electrically connected to the drive unit, and the drive unit is connected to a main switch of a battery management system circuit. When the main switch is turned on, the PWM control unit detects a current in the battery management system circuit and outputs a control signal to the drive unit according to the current. The controller outputs a preset PWM signal to the drive unit, which then turns the main switch off or on according to the received control signal and the PWM signal, to pre-charge a load capacitor of the battery management system circuit when the main switch (S1) is turned on, thereby implementing fast pre-charging by adjusting a pre-charging time of the load capacitor.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a wake-up method and wake-up system for a battery management system. The method may include converting, by a conversion unit, a low-voltage power signal detected at a low-voltage input port into a high-voltage wake-up signal, and receiving, by a high-voltage control module, a working voltage provided by a power battery pack under control of the high-voltage wake-up signal; controlling, by the high-voltage control module, the high-voltage transmission module to be turned on, providing the working voltage to a synchronous rectifying module by the turned-on high-voltage transmission module, and converting high-voltage electric energy provided by the power battery pack into low-voltage electric energy; and transmitting, under control of the synchronous rectifying module, the low-voltage electric energy to the low-voltage controller, and waking up the battery management system by the low-voltage controller.

The system includes: a main control module configured to receive a wake-up time and send the wake-up time to a timer device; a timer power supply module configured to supply power to the timer device according to electric energy in a high-voltage battery pack; a high-voltage power supply module configured to supply power to a power conversion module according to the electric energy in the high-voltage battery pack; the timer device configured to set a wake-up clock according to the wake-up time, start timing when a battery management system (BMS) enters into sleep, and send a discharge instruction to the high-voltage battery pack when the timing reaches the wake-up time; the power conversion module configured to convert high-voltage electric energy output from the high-voltage battery pack into low-voltage electric energy and supply power to the BMS.
