    摘要: An LED chip encapsulation process includes the steps of (a) forming a fluorescent member by injection molding to encapsulate an LED chip; (b) hardening the fluorescent member; (c) forming a transparent dome to embed and encapsulate the LED chip and the fluorescent member; and (d) securing the dome and the substrate together to finish a packaging of the LED chip. Shape of the fluorescent member disposed on the LED chip can be controlled precisely, thereby increasing quality and color uniformity of the produced LED chip. Alternatively, the LED chip is a remote LED chip and step (a) is replaced by forming a plastic member to encapsulate the LED chip and forming a fluorescent member on the top of the plastic member by injection molding.

    摘要: A phosphor package of light emitting diodes includes a lens made of a transparent optical material, and a side of the lens with at least one phosphor containing groove corresponding to a light emitting diode chip. The concentration of the phosphor is adjusted before a required quantity of phosphor is adhered into the phosphor containing groove. The phosphor is baked and solidified. A gel is filled into the gap between the wire-bonded light emitting chip and the phosphor for binding with each other to complete the manufacturing process of a phosphor package; and such manufacturing process can effectively and accurately control the phosphor to achieve high quality stability and color uniformity.

    摘要: A reading device includes a spatial light modulator, a zoom lens set, an object lens, an image sensor, and an adjusting module. The spatial light modulator provides a reading beam. The zoom lens set forms the reading beam into a real image. The object lens focuses the real image onto a collinear holographic storage medium and thus produces a diffraction signal. The image sensor converts the diffraction signal into an electric signal. The adjusting module adjusts the optical magnification of the zoom lens set according to the quality of the diffraction signal.

    摘要: A method of increasing color gamut of a color display includes grouping subpixels of R, G, and B primary colors of a pixel by grouping R, G, and B light sources of the color display with a corresponding light intensity adjustment mechanism based on an overlapping degree between two response spectrums of the light sources. The response spectrums of the light intensity adjustment mechanism of the same group have minimal overlapping with that of other groups. The method further includes enabling groups of R, G, and B subpixels, activating the R, G, and B light sources and the corresponding light intensity adjustment mechanism, and disabling the remaining groups of subpixels all by turns for creating a vivid complete picture by time division color-mixing.

    摘要: A gray code encoding and decoding method applied to holographic storage devices is proposed. The encoding method uses gray levels of a 2D detector to encode a certain amount of original bits of the original data, and then sends them to a spatial light modulator (SLM) for encryption. The decoding method corrects the received gray levels to the original gray levels, and then compares the maximum gray level with the original gray levels to decode the original gray level into binary data. The proposed encoding and decoding method can better make use of storage locations of the 2D detector and get a code rate close to 1.

Under this arrangement, when the light assembly with light-mixing function is turned on, a plurality of light beams from the light source is caged in the mixed chemical compounds of the fillisters; and the mixed chemical compound shifts a wavelength of each of the light beams which are caged in the mixed chemical compounds.
