摘要: A heating system includes first and second input ends, first and second battery modules, first switch and second switches, and a control unit. The first switch is connected between first terminals of the first and second battery modules. Second terminals of the first and second battery modules are connected to each other. The second switch is connected between the first input end and the first terminal of the second battery module. The second input end is connected to the first terminal of the first battery module. The first terminals of the first and second battery modules have a same polarity, and the second terminals of the first and second battery modules have a same polarity. The control unit is connected to the first and second switches, and configured to control the first and second switches to be turned on or off.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a heating control method and a heating control device. The heating control method includes: acquiring an average current value in a heating circuit of a power battery pack; calculating a current output value required for nth cycle according to an average current value of the nth cycle, an average current value of (n−1)th cycle, an average current value of (n−2)th cycle, a preset current value, n is equal to or greater than 3; outputting a PWM signal to a switch device of the heating circuit according to a pre-calibrated PWM control parameter corresponding to the current output value so that a difference between an actual current value in the heating circuit and the preset current value is less than a preset threshold.

摘要: Provided is a method and device for obtaining internal side and external side insulation resistances of a relay. The method includes: controlling an insulation resistance obtaining circuit to output an AC signal; when both a main relay and a pre-charge relay are switched off, obtaining a first phase shift of the AC signal between two sampling points according to first collected electrical signals; obtaining an internal side insulation resistance of the main relay according to the first collected electrical signals and the first phase shift; controlling the pre-charge relay to be switched on; when the main relay is switched off and the pre-charge relay is switched on, obtaining a second phase shift of the AC signal between the two sampling points according to second collected electrical signals; and obtaining an external side insulation resistance of the main relay according to the second collected electrical signals and the second phase shift.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting information in a battery management system. The method includes: determining, from a plurality of slave nodes, a fault slave node that communicates abnormally with a master node in the battery management system; selecting a target slave node from the plurality of slave nodes, wherein the target slave node is a slave node that communicates normally with both the master node and the fault slave node; transmitting frequency conversion information to the target slave node, so that the target slave node forwards the frequency conversion information to the fault slave node, and the fault slave node performs a frequency conversion based on the frequency conversion information; and transmitting information with the fault slave node using a frequency after the frequency conversion. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the reliability of wireless communication in the battery management system can be improved.

The method for correcting an SOC of a battery includes: determining, when a charging process of the battery pack starts, whether an initial SOC value of the battery pack is less than or equal to a preset electricity quantity threshold; when the initial SOC value of the battery pack is less than or equal to the preset electricity quantity threshold, recording state information of the battery pack during the charging process, and generating a differential capacity curve of the battery pack according to the state information; correcting a current SOC value of the battery pack according to the differential capacity curve and a voltage-SOC reference curve of a non-decay zone of the battery pack.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an insulation detection circuit and method, and a battery management system. The circuit includes a first isolation module, a voltage division module, a signal generation module, first and second sampling points and a processor. A first end of the first isolation module is connected to a power battery, and a second end of the first isolation module is connected to the second sampling point. The signal generation module is connected to the first sampling point and configured to inject an AC signal into the power battery and provide the first sampling point with a first sampled signal. A first end of the voltage division module is connected to the first sampling point, and a second end of the voltage division module is connected to the second sampling point. The processor is configured to calculate an insulation resistance of the power battery.
