    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, includes: determining, by a base station, power control information, where the power control information is used to control a power of a UE; sending, by the base station, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment feedback information to X UEs, where the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information carries the power control information of at least one of the X UEs, the X UEs contend for use of a same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; receiving, by the UE, acknowledgment feedback information sent by the base station to the X UEs; and parsing the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information; and if it is determined that the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information includes the power control information of the UE, performing power control on the user equipment based on the power control information of the UE.

    Abstract: In a physical broadcast channel sending/receiving method, after receiving two broadcast channel signals on two corresponding physical broadcast channels at two time-frequency resource locations, the terminal device determines that information other than an offset of a corresponding time-frequency resource location is the same in two pieces of broadcast information carried in the two broadcast channel signals, obtains a time offset difference between the foregoing two time-frequency resource locations, and generates a scrambling code sequence based on the time offset difference; and the terminal device separately descrambles the two broadcast channel signals based on the scrambling code sequence and a preset scrambling code sequence.

    Abstract: A communication method and device is provided where a network device can learn of a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block selected by a terminal device. The method includes receiving, from a network device, a first synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block located at a first frequency domain position, and receiving, from the network device, a second synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block located at a second frequency domain position, determining random access channel occasions corresponding to the second frequency domain position, determining, in the random access channel occasions corresponding to the second frequency domain position and based on a sending status of a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block located at the second frequency domain position, a random access channel occasion to which the second synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block is mapped, and performing random access on the random access channel occasion to which the second synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block is mapped.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a communication method, an apparatus, and a system in a wireless communications system. In the method, a terminal device detects a physical downlink control channel PDCCH sent by a network device, the PDCCH carries indication information, and the indication information is used to indicate a type of system information; the terminal device determines, based on the indication information, a physical resource carrying the system information; and the terminal device receives the system information on the physical resource. Based on this method, a network device can flexibly indicate a type of system information that needs to be sent.
