摘要： A solar cell module according to an embodiment includes a solar cell device and a support structure supporting the solar cell device. The solar cell device is a belt-like solar cell device including first portions arranged in one direction such that major surfaces thereof face each other, and a second portion interposed between the first portions. The edges of the first portions that correspond to a pair of long sides of the solar cell device are parallel to each other. Two adjacent first portions incline forwardly and backwardly with respect to the one direction. The second portion includes one or more planar or curved surfaces to connect the two adjacent first portions to each other.

The light-emitting device includes a frame, an LED chip provided on the frame, and a fluorescent layer containing an inorganic fluorescent material and an organic fluorescent material and being provided on the LED chip. In the fluorescent layer, the concentration of the inorganic fluorescent material is decreased toward the top from the bottom of the fluorescent layer, and the concentration of the organic fluorescent material is decreased toward the bottom from the top of the fluorescent layer.

The hole injection layer is constituted by solid matters containing a donor molecule comprising polythiophene and/or a derivative thereof, and an acceptor molecule comprising polystyrenesulfonic acid and/or a derivative thereof, a concentration of sulfate ion in the hole injection layer is 125 ppm or less, and components having a molecular weight of 110,000 or less is 35% or less based on an entire solid matters, the molecular weight being converted as sodium polystyrenesulfonate in an aqueous gel permeation chromatography measured by using UV of 254 nm in wavelength.

The pixel electrodes respectively formed between a corresponding couple of the liquid crystal layers are connected to a corresponding one of the switching elements formed on the first substrate through one or several of the protrusion electrode/electrodes. The several protrusion electrodes are brought into contact at each of the boundaries of the adjacent liquid crystal layers and connected in cascade.
