    摘要: A ball grid array type semiconductor device comprises a bare chip, metal-filled through hole portions connected to internal electrodes of the bare chip, inner leads and a flexible tape carrier having external electrodes. The internal electrode of the bare chip has a length in a direction perpendicular to a side of the chip, which is three times or more the pitch of adjacent internal electrodes. The through hole portions are connected respectively to the internal electrodes so that the through hole portions are arranged in three or more rows. The inner lead led from the through hole portion in the intermediate row is spaced apart from an adjacent through hole portion so as not to interfere with it.

    摘要: A process for preparing a purified methacrylic acid ester from a crude methacrylic acid ester containing an isobutyric acid ester as an impurity, comprising the steps of azeotropically distilling the crude methacrylic acid ester in the presence of water to separate as the top distillate the isobutyric acid ester and water together with a small amount of the methacrylic acid ester and recover as the bottoms the greater part thereof, separating the distillate into aqueous and organic phases and further azeotropically distilling the separating organic phase in the presence of water to separate as the distillate the isobutyric acid ester and water together with a very small amount of the methacrylic acid ester and recover as the bottoms the remainder thereof, thereby obtaining the purified methacrylic acid ester.

The screen generating incorporates the average color bar and the organ image into the screen.

The provided position detection system includes a device having a magnetic inductance coil; a drive coil that has a position-calculating frequency near a resonant frequency of the magnetic inductance coil and generates an alternating magnetic field which acts on the magnetic inductance coil; a plurality of magnetic-field sensors that is disposed outside the operating range of the device and detects an induced magnetic field generated by the magnetic inductance coil; amplitude-component detection section for detecting amplitude components whose phase is substantially orthogonal to the alternating magnetic field from the outputs of the magnetic sensors acquired by the plurality of magnetic sensors; and position analyzing section for calculating at least one of a position and an orientation of the device on the basis of the amplitude components.
