    摘要: In a capsule 3 as a medical apparatus inserted into a body cavity, the lengthwise direction of the capsule 3 is used as an insert axis, a manipulation/input device 8, which is magnetized in a direction orthogonal to the insert axis, is disposed at the center position of the insert axis. A magnetic field generation device 4, which is disposed outside of a body, is caused to generate a vibration magnetic field in a direction parallel with the insert axis of the capsule 3 by turning on a vibration (ON/OFF) switch 8f of a manipulation/input device 8 so that couples having lines of action, which are in parallel with the insert axis, are exerted on the capsule 3, thereby the capsule 3 executes a swiveling motion about the insert axis and smoothly travels along a cavity organ.

    摘要: A magnetic sensor has a monotonic response to high-frequency magnetic strengths in a frequency range up to superhigh frequencies. The magnetic sensor includes a shielded loop coil having a triplate stripline structure. The shielded loop coil has one-turn looped ground patterns formed respectively in a first layer and a fifth layer and connected parallel to each other by a via, and has an inductance L. The one-turn looped ground patterns have end electrodes facing each other across gaps, one of the end electrodes including the via, providing a combined capacitor operable at high frequencies and having a capacitance C. The product L×C of the inductance L and the capacitance C is 2.5×10−20 or less and the maximum outer circumference length of the one-turn looped ground lines is 50 [mm] or less.

    摘要: A first substrate having a first electromagnetic noise sensor on its surface perpendicularly intersects with a second substrate having a second electromagnetic noise sensor on its surface, making up an integral structure. A first induced voltage value output from the first electromagnetic sensor at a position thereof directly before driving by a driving means is recorded, and a second induced voltage value output from the second electromagnetic noise sensor at a position thereof at a time of movement of the integral structure for only a predetermined distance by a driving means is recorded. Further, the first and second electromagnetic noise sensors are parallel connected at the position of movement, and a third induced voltage value output from a parallel connected electromagnetic noise sensor is also recorded. Based on the recorded first and second voltage values, an electromagnetic noise level in a vicinity of the integral substrate is determined. The first and second induced voltage values are compared, and based on comparison of the first and second induced voltage values, and whether a larger voltage value from among the first and second voltage values is larger than the third voltage value, a direction of an electromagnetic noise generating source in the vicinity of the integral substrate is computationally determined. The determined electromagnetic noise level and direction of the electromagnetic noise generating source are displayed at a position on a display device corresponding with a position of the first electromagnetic noise sensor.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a silicon steel sheet having grains precisely arranged in the Goss orientation, comprising the steps of preparing a steel material containing 0.01 wt % or less of C, 2.5 to 7.0 wt % of Si, 0.01 wt % or less of S, 0.01 wt % or less of Al, 0.01 wt % or less of N, subjecting the steel material to hot rolling maintained 1000.degree. C. or higher such that the temperature of the rolled material at an end of the hot rolling step falls within the range of 700.degree. to 950.degree. C., subjecting the steel material to a primary cold rolling process at a rolling reduction of 30 to 85%, annealing the steel material at a temperature of 600.degree. to 900.degree. C., subjecting the steel material to a secondary cold rolling process at a rolling reduction of 40 to 80%, annealing the steel material again at a temperature of 600.degree. to 900.degree. C., subjecting the steel material to a tertiary cold rolling process at a rolling reduction of 50 to 75%, and annealing the steel material in a reducing atmosphere, or in a non-oxidizing atmosphere having an oxygen partial pressure of 0.5 Pa or less, or in a vacuum having an oxygen partial pressure of 0.5 Pa or less, at a temperature in the range of 1000.degree. to 1300.degree. C.
