摘要： A heat-resistant sheet is provided between a fusing roller and a pressing member made of a resilient material. The heat-resistant sheet is composed of a glass fiber substrate coated with or impregnating a fluororesin having good mold lubrication and heat-resistance, such as PFA and PTFE. A paper having a pre-fused toner image is carried through a section between the fusing roller and heat-resistant sheet. Accordingly, wear or separation of the heat-resistant sheet caused by friction with the fusing roller can be prevented, thereby improving durability of the heat-resistant sheet.

摘要： In an annular member forming apparatus including: a forming roll rotatable in contact with an outer cylindrical surface of an annular workpiece; a mandrel relatively movable towards and away from the forming roll in contact with an inner cylindrical surface of the workpiece; and an outside diameter detecting device for detecting an outside diameter of the workpiece which is to be worked, the apparatus further includes a moving device for moving relatively the forming roll and the mandrel and for pressing the workpiece by the forming roll and the mandrel moved towards each other to subject the workpiece to rough rolling and to finish rolling. The moving device includes a retracting device for correcting an elastic deformation of the forming roll, the mandrel and the moving is device occurring during the rough rolling, for a switching time from the rough rolling to the finish rolling by an output signal from the outside diameter detecting device. The moving device is moved backwardly away from the mandrel by a distance corresponding to a difference between amounts of elongation which are due to a rolling load during the rough rolling and due to a rolling load during the finish rolling for the switching time.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to provide a method of manufacturing an inner ring for a rolling bearing in which the directions of the metal flows of the inner ring can be made substantially parallel to the shape of the race surface of the inner ring to thereby manufacture a rolling bearing inner ring having an enhanced durability. In the manufacturing method, a cylindrical steel billet 1 (shown in FIG. 1 (a) including a large number of metal flows 2 formed in the axial direction of the section thereof is held and upset by and between first upper and lower metallic molds 4a and 4b each having a transfer surface 3 for the race surface of the inner ring and, at the same time, recesses 6 are formed in the upper and lower plane portions of the cylindrical steel billet 1 respectively (shown in FIG. 1(c), next after the upper and lower shoulder portions of the recesses are respectively held by and between second upper and lower metallic molds 9a and 9b (shown in FIG. 1 (c), the recesses 6 are pressed equally from above and from below by the second upper and lower metallic molds 9a and 9b to thereby form a centrally pressed portion 10, then the inner portion of the centrally pressed portion 10 is removed to thereby produce a ring-shaped workpiece, and finally the ring-shaped workpiece is rolled and shaved to thereby manufacture an inner ring.

摘要： A moving apparatus for an optical system is a duplicating machine is arranged as to effect a scanning operation of document images through the movement of two units of mirror platforms respectively. One of the platform moves at a scanning speed while the other platform moves at one half scanning speed. A stator for a polyphase brushless motor is provided along the moving direction of the apparatus on both the side portions of the moving region of each mirror platform. Two sets of rotors of core-less coils operatively react with the stator to form polyphase brushless linear motors. The mirror platforms are driven by the motors at their center of gravity.
