    Abstract: A damper housing includes an upper-wall-plate and an upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. A plurality of collars through which fastening members for attaching a damper are interposed between the upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. The collars are disposed on a circumference around the damper. An upper section of the damper is fastened and fixed to the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate and the upper-wall-plate by the fastening members. A concave section is formed in at least one of the upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate which are facing each other, the concave section being formed so as to protrude toward the facing upper-wall-plate or the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. The concave section is disposed between the neighboring collars on the circumference on which the collars are disposed. The upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate are coupled to the facing upper-wall-plate or the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate at the concave section.

The reinforcing panel includes a horizontal closed cross-section defining portion that defines a closed cross-section extending in the vehicle width direction in combination with the wheel-arch-shaped portion and a vertical closed cross-section defining portion that defines a closed cross-section extending in a vertical direction in combination with the wheel-arch-shaped portion. The horizontal closed cross-section defining portion and the vertical closed cross-section defining portion intersect each other.

    Abstract: A floor panel of a vehicle body is provided with bulging sections in which seats are disposed to the left and right of a tunnel section, and a rear tunnel cross member extending in the vehicle width direction at the rear ends of the bulging sections. The vehicle body is provided with left and right floor extensions set further toward the tunnel section along a dashboard lower relative to the front side frames, floor frames extending so as to span between the floor extensions and the rear tunnel cross member and having a predetermined distance in the vehicle body vertical direction from a rear floor panel, and an energy container placed below the bulging sections and supported on the floor frames. The floor frames are fixed to the vehicle body so as to be capable of being removed from the below the vehicle body.
