Abstract: A route planning apparatus configured to create a travel plan that includes a planned travel route for a leading vehicle to electronically tow a following vehicle using inter-vehicle communication, the route planning apparatus comprising: a receiving unit configured to receive a request to stop at a waypoint during traveling by the electronic towing, the stop-over request being input on a second information processing apparatus that is used by an occupant of the following vehicle: a searching unit configured to search, for a waypoint according to the request, the planned travel route and a surrounding region of the planned travel route; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit information regarding a found waypoint and a route to the waypoint to a first information processing apparatus that is used by an occupant of the leading vehicle.

Abstract: A damper housing includes an upper-wall-plate and an upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. A plurality of collars through which fastening members for attaching a damper are interposed between the upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. The collars are disposed on a circumference around the damper. An upper section of the damper is fastened and fixed to the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate and the upper-wall-plate by the fastening members. A concave section is formed in at least one of the upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate which are facing each other, the concave section being formed so as to protrude toward the facing upper-wall-plate or the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate. The concave section is disposed between the neighboring collars on the circumference on which the collars are disposed. The upper-wall-plate and the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate are coupled to the facing upper-wall-plate or the upper-wall-reinforcement-plate at the concave section.

Abstract: A floor panel of a vehicle body is provided with bulging sections in which seats are disposed to the left and right of a tunnel section, and a rear tunnel cross member extending in the vehicle width direction at the rear ends of the bulging sections. The device executes a following operation of controlling travelling of the vehicle such that the vehicle follows another vehicle based on information received from the other vehicle and a parking operation of controlling travelling of the vehicle to park the vehicle at a parking space, determines whether the vehicle is at a position at which the parking operation can be started; and notifies the other vehicle that leading can be finished, in a case where it is determined that the vehicle is at a position at which the parking operation can be started while the device is executing the following operation.
