    摘要: Disclosed is a method of coating carbon nanotube-reinforced plastic, which enables higher productivity and cost reduction by omitting one or more steps as compared to a conventional coating process, and which allows a paint film to be superior in adhesion and brilliance. The inventive method includes: a plastic-forming step for forming a plastic article to be coated from a plastic material mixed with a minute quantity of nanotubes; a pre-treatment step for removing oil-fat and foreign matters from the plastic article; and a surface coat coating step for coating the plastic article with paint directly on the surface of the plastic article so as to protect the plastic article.

    摘要: A thin film transistor (TFT) substrate that is capable of providing a wide viewing angle and high contrast ratio without a decrease is aperture ratio is presented. The TFT substrate may be, for example, used with a patterned vertical alignment (PVA) mode LCD. The TFT substrate includes gate lines and data lines extending in non-parallel directions and a pixel electrode formed in a pixel region. The pixel region has two transmission regions separated from each other by a reflection region, and at least one of the gate lines is formed in the reflection region. A storage capacitor may also be formed in the reflection region. This configuration avoids the use of a bridge region between the two transmission regions that is responsible for aperture ratio decrease in the conventional configuration.

A control circuit is provided, which is electrically coupled to the plurality of page buffers. The control circuit is configured to perform a test operation by driving the plurality of page buffers with control signals that cause generation within the nonvolatile memory device of a string of XOR data bits, which are derived from a comparison of at least two of the multiple pages of data read from the same page of nonvolatile memory cells using the different read voltage conditions. An input/output device is provided, which is configured to output test data derived from the string of XOR data bits to another device located external to the nonvolatile memory device.
