    摘要： Methods and systems for extending keyword searching techniques to syntactically and semantically annotated data are provided. Example embodiments provide a Syntactic Query Engine (“SQE”) that parses, indexes, and stores a data set as an enhanced document index with document terms as well as information pertaining to the grammatical roles of the terms and ontological and other semantic information. In one embodiment, the enhanced document index is a form of term-clause index, that indexes terms and syntactic and semantic annotations at the clause level. The enhanced document index permits the use of a traditional keyword search engine to process relationship queries as well as to process standard document level keyword searches. In one embodiment, the SQE comprises a Query Processor, a Data Set Preprocessor, a Keyword Search Engine, a Data Set Indexer, an Enhanced Natural Language Parser (“ENLP”), a data set repository, and, in some embodiments, a user interface or an application programming interface.

    摘要： A method of sending a call transfer notification (CTN) to a mobile station (MS) in a radio telecommunications network. The CTN indicates that a call transfer feature is activated, and is displayed on the MS display until the call transfer feature is deactivated or the MS is turned off. The network includes a serving Mobile Switching Center (MSC) which serves the MS, and a Home Location Register (HLR) which stores a subscriber profile associated with the MS. The method begins by storing in the subscriber profile, a CTN Active parameter that indicates whether or not the CTN should be sent to the MS whenever the MS is powered up. A CTN Type parameter is also stored in the subscriber profile and indicates which type of call transfer feature is activated. When the HLR is notified that the MS has been powered up, the CTN Active parameter is checked in the subscriber profile to determine whether the CTN should be sent to the MS. The CTN Type parameter is then checked to determine which type of call transfer feature is activated. The CTN is then sent from the serving MSC to the MS in a Short Message Service (SMS) display message which includes an indication of which type of call transfer feature is activated. If the call transfer feature is deactivated, the CTN is removed from the MS display.

The systems and methods employ at least one decentralized revision control system as a data repository for storing data, such as configuration data, and at least one data provisioning component as an interface for accessing the configuration data stored in the data repository. By employing the decentralized revision control system in conjunction with the data provisioning component, the systems and methods can provide a data storage and runtime configuration provisioning framework that is data agnostic, application agnostic, and user agnostic, while further providing at least the capability of tracking and maintaining the version history of the configuration data.
