Abstract:
Dispenser for the delivery of liquid media, having a base unit and a delivery head with a delivery opening. The delivery head includes a first portion which includes a fastening device by means of which the first portion is fastened or fixed in position with respect to a media storage unit on the base unit, and which includes the delivery opening. The delivery head includes a second portion realized so as to be movable in relation to the first portion and includes an actuating handle which is operatively coupled with the coupling piece such that a displacement of the actuating handle in relation to the first portion leads to a displacement of the coupling piece in relation to the first part portion.
Abstract:
Discharging unit for discharging pharmaceutical media from a medium storage receptacle, including a first discharge orifice, a pump, an inlet duct connecting the medium storage receptacle to the pump, and an outlet duct for connecting the pump to the first discharge orifice. The first discharge orifice is part of a first subordinate device of the discharging unit and the pump, a portion of the outlet duct, and an outlet valve provided in the outlet duct are part of a second subordinate device of the discharging unit. The first subordinate device is capable, without the use of tools, of being coupled to, and decoupled from, the second subordinate device, and an internal volume of a portion of the outlet duct extending from the outlet valve to the first discharge orifice is less than 15 μl.
Abstract:
A discharge device for media includes an outer housing with a discharge opening, a discharge handle for manual actuation. A support is arranged in the outer housing. Movable along a main axis relative to the outer housing and connected to the discharge handle, it has a seat for a pump dispenser. A pump is actuated by compression of the pump dispenser. A first abutment on the housing interacts with the pump dispenser, actuating the pump. The support has a functional portion which acts on the pump dispenser with a force oriented in the direction of the first abutment on the housing. An adjuster is provided between the handle and the functional portion of the support, by which the position of the functional portion relative to the first abutment on the housing can be adjusted for a defined setting of the discharge handle.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a discharge device for liquid media having two housing sections movable relative to one another along a total stroke between a non-actuated rest position and an actuated end position and together forming an actuating device for manual discharge actuation having a media reservoir for storage of the medium prior to discharge, a conveying device with a discharge opening and a dosage chamber. The actuating device and the conveying device are operatively coupled such that during a first partial stroke of the discharge actuation starting from the rest position the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are in communicating connection and during a second partial stroke of the discharge actuation following the first partial stroke the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are separated from one another, the volume of the dosage chamber being reduced by the second partial stroke of the discharge actuation such that the medium is pressed out of the dosage chamber to the discharge opening.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a dispensing device (8) for liquid media having a housing (10), a medium reservoir (12), an outlet opening (26) for dispensing the medium and an inlet opening (32) for intake of air for the purpose of volume equalization in the medium reservoir (12), wherein a cap (60) is provided that is fittable onto the housing (10) and protects the outlet opening (26) when in the fitted state. In accordance with the invention, the cap (60) closes the inlet opening (32) in gas-tight manner from an environment on the one hand and from the outlet opening (26) on the other hand.
Abstract:
A dispenser (1) comprises a reservoir (7) and a plunger pump (8), the medium inlet (3) of which pierces a closure (45) of the reservoir (7), after which the medium can be discharged metered from the reservoir (7) by repeated strokes with the pump (8). Until used the medium thus remains hermetically sealed.
Abstract:
A method of producing a flexible conduit whose dimensions and shape can easily be changed according to its use is described. The method includes producing elongate elements from an elastic flexible material, wherein the cross-section of the elongate elements each have at least one corrugation and extend so as to be rectilinear longitudinally. Each elongate element is fixed to at least one elongate holding element made of rigid pliable material so as to keep its shape after bending. Several sets of elongate elements are produced and are connected to each other along their adjacent longitudinal edges in order to form a flat enclosure whose dimensions correspond to those of the deployed flexible conduit. The flat enclosure is then deformed so as to close it and to obtain the required shape of the cross-section of the conduit, wherein the enclosure is kept in shape by the deformation of the elongate holding elements. Then, the adjacent ends of the shaped enclosure are connected.
Abstract:
Liquid dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquid having a discharge head and a cap, the cap body of which has a ventilation opening. The dispenser includes an injection-moulded pull-off portion which, in the delivery state, covers the ventilation opening and is connected to the cap body by a substance-to-substance bond. The pull-off portion, together with a tamper-evident portion, which, with the dispenser in the delivery state, prevents removal of the cap body, is part of a common segment which is detachable from the cap body of the cap. Alternatively, the ventilation opening is provided with a filter membrane for filtering the air which flows through it, and the cap body includes two part-bodies which together form a receiving space for the filter membrane.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a dispensing device for a liquid medium, having a medium reservoir for accommodating the medium, having a dispensing opening for dispensing the medium from the medium reservoir, and having a pressure-equalizing channel which opens out into the medium reservoir and has a microbiologically active filter arrangement inserted therein.According to the invention, the filter arrangement has a liquid filter oriented in the direction of the medium reservoir and a bacteria filter oriented away from the medium reservoir.
Abstract:
A discharge device for liquid media having housing sections movable relative to one another along a total stroke between a non-actuated rest position and an actuated end position and together forming a manual actuating device. A media reservoir stores the medium prior to discharge, and a conveying device includes a discharge opening and a dosage chamber. The actuating and conveying devices are operatively coupled such that during a first partial stroke of the discharge actuation starting from the rest position the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are in communicating connection and during a second partial stroke of the discharge actuation following the first partial stroke the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are separated, the volume of the dosage chamber and the media reservoir being reduced by the second partial stroke of the discharge actuation.
