    摘要: A recording medium drive device includes a tray to mount a cartridge 92, and a retaining member attached to the case through an attaching member 40A. The retaining member presses the front and rear end portions of the cartridge 92 to the tray. The retaining member includes a rotating member 44 attached to the attaching member 40A and the elastic retaining piece 45 fixed to the rotating member 44. The front and rear end portions of the elastic retaining piece 45 respectively extend from the rotating end portion of the rotating member 44. When the cartridge 92 is inserted, the rotating member 44 is operated to separate the front end portion of the elastic retaining piece 45 from the cartridge 92, and when the cartridge 92 reaches a specified position, the cartridge 92 is pressed by the both front and rear end portions of the elastic retaining piece 45.

    摘要: There is provided a shutter opening/closing apparatus which automatically performs shutter opening or closing in accordance with an insertion of a cartridge and does not give an influence, such as abnormal noise or backlash, to loading and unloading of a cartridge. The shutter opening/closing apparatus includes a follower member 18 configured to be engaged, at an opening 11 of the cartridge 10, with a portion of a drive member 13 driven in the cartridge 10 for opening or closing a shutter 15 provided for the cartridge, and a cam mechanism 7, 7a limiting a movement of the follower member 18 so as to avoid contact of the follower member 18 to the opening 11 of the cartidge 10 at a time when the engagement between the follower member 18 and the portion of the drive member 13 is released.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method of forming and removing a resist pattern, used in a semiconductor manufacture.In a first mode of the present invention, an upper resist layer containing germanium is selectively formed on a bottom resist layer and a resist pattern is formed with the upper resist layer as a mask. In a second mode of the present invention, a resist layer formed on a substrate is selectively exposed to introduce a germanium compound into the exposed portions and the above described resist layer is subjected to an anisotropic dry etching to remove the nonexposed portions of the resist layer, whereby forming a resist pattern. Accordingly, the fine pattern can be formed on the substrate in high accuracy by the use of the above described resist pattern. In addition, in the first and the second modes of the present invention, the resist pattern is removed by the use of an acid having an oxidizing power, so that the resist pattern can be easily removed from the substrate.
