    摘要: A pulse width modulator for use in a digital amplifier, includes a pop noise reducer for reducing pop noise by controlling a width and a phase of a pulse of a PWM signal output from the pulse width modulator, wherein the pop noise reducer contains: a PWM pulse register for storing a width and a phase values of a pulse of the PWM signal; and a pulse generator for outputting the PWM signal according to the values stored in the PWM pulse register. The pulse width modulator reduces pop noise generated when power supply to a digital amplifier is started and interrupted.

    摘要: A frequency recovery apparatus and method for use in a digital broadcast receiver having very strong resistance to a sampling offset is disclosed. A frequency recovery apparatus for use in a digital broadcast receiver for receiving a digital broadcast signal transmitted according to an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme, comprising: a division window for dividing first data units, which are transformed from OFDM symbols into frequency-domain values and the second data units which the first data units are delayed by some intervals respectively, and passing only some data units from among some intervals of the first data units and the second data units; a pilot pattern generator for generating a pilot pattern associated with data units contained in each of the divided windows; and a cross-correlator for performing correlation between the part of the first data units and the part of the second data units from the division window at a individual position of the pilot pattern generated from the pilot pattern generator, and generating the correlation resultant values. Therefore, the apparatus can more correctly estimate a frequency offset even in the 8k mode, regardless of a mode.

    摘要: A charge relay enhancer used in relaying a charge produced in a solar cell to a charger, and a solar cell system including the charge relay enhancer. The charge relay enhancer includes: a charge induction and pumping device inducing a charge by using a power voltage from among two power voltages of different polarities selected in response to a control signal, and pumping the induced charge; and a charge pathway selecting device relaying the charge input to an input terminal via two input/output terminals, to the charge induction and pumping device, receiving the charge pumped by the charge induction and pumping device via the two input/output terminals, and outputting the charge to an output terminal. Accordingly, as charges produced in a solar cell may be relayed to a charging device as much as possible, efficiency of relaying charges produced in the solar cell to the charging device may be maximized.

    摘要: A composition with improved shelf life for filling small gaps in a semiconductor device is provided. The composition comprises an end-capped silicone polymer. The molecular weight of the end-capped silicone polymer is not varied during storage. In addition, the dissolution rate (DR) of the composition in an alkaline developing solution is maintained at a desired level during storage. That is, the composition is highly stable during storage. Therefore, the composition is suitable for use in a node separation process for the fabrication of a semiconductor capacitor.
