Abstract:
A method of operating a terminal and a base station in a wireless communication system and an apparatus supporting the same are disclosed. As an example, a method of operating a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises receiving information related to a configuration for a unique word (UW) from a base station, receiving UW-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols including data from the base station, and processing the UW-OFDM symbols based on the information related to the configuration for the UW.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for transmitting or receiving data, by a user equipment (UE), to or from a base station (BS). The method includes transmitting, by the UE, capability information of the UE to the BS, wherein the capability information includes information related to artificial intelligence (AI) calculation for the data transmission or reception, receiving, by the UE, at least one of a plurality of AI parameters from the BS, and applying the at least one AI parameter to an encoding process for the data transmission or a decoding process for the data reception, wherein the encoding process or the decoding process is performed by information on a network structure in the at least one AI parameter, and wherein the at least one AI parameter comprises a plurality of information for performing the encoding process or the decoding process by the network structure.
Abstract:
A vehicle communication apparatus includes a plurality of remote units (RUs) configured to transmit signals to a mobile communication network and to receive signals from the mobile communication network, and a central unit (CU) configured to provide data based on the signals received through the plurality of remote units to one or more devices located in a vehicle. The plurality of remote units includes an array antenna attached to a body of the vehicle.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a method for transmitting a reference signal from a base station to a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The method includes mapping the reference signal defined by a plurality of antenna ports to resource elements, applying precoding to the reference signal using different precoders according to the plurality of antenna ports, and transmitting the precoded reference signal to the UE.
Abstract:
A multiple distributed system is disclosed. An uplink control resource allocation method for a user equipment to transmit an Acknowledgement/Negative ACK (ACK/NACK) signal includes receiving one or more Enhanced-Physical Downlink Control Channels (E-PDCCHs), receiving one or more Physical Downlink Shared Channels (PDSCHs) corresponding to the one or more E-PDCCHs, and transmitting ACK/NACK signals for reception of the one or more PDSCHs through a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH), wherein Control Channel Element (CCE) indexes of the PUCCH transmitting the ACK/NACK signals are determined in consideration of first CCE indexes of the one or more E-PDCCHs and the number of CCEs of a PUCCH determined by a higher layer.

Abstract:
A method for and apparatus for controlling transmission power in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device checks a duration in which a plurality of radio access technologies (RATs) for uplink resources overlaps, determines whether the transmission power of the UE is greater than a maximum power restriction of the UE in the duration, and controls power of at least one RAT based on priorities of the plurality of RATs so that the transmission power of the UE is under the maximum power restriction of the UE. Thus, dynamic and efficient transmission power is supported.
Abstract:
A method of reporting a channel state from a user equipment in a wireless communication system and apparatus therefor are disclosed. The present invention includes receiving information on vertical beamforming angles of a serving node and a cooperation node from the serving node, generating the channel state information for a cooperative transmission mode using the information on the vertical beamforming angle, and reporting the channel state information to the serving node.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for performing effective feedback in a wireless communication system supporting multiple antennas. A method for transmitting CSI of downlink transmission via uplink in a wireless communication system includes transmitting a joint-coded rank indicator (RI) and a first wideband (WB) precoding matrix indicator (PMI) at a first subframe, and transmitting a wideband channel quality indicator (WB CQI) and a second WB PMI at a second subframe. A user equipment (UE) preferred precoding matrix is indicated by a combination of the first PMI and the second PMI. If the RI is Rank-1 or Rank-2, the first PMI indicates one of subsets each having 8 indexes from among 16 indexes of the first PMI of a precoding codebook.
