摘要: A GLP-1 derivative is provided including an amino acid sequence of GLP-1 (7-35) having deletion, substitution and/or addition of one or more amino acids and having Waa-(Xaa)n-Yaa (in which Waa is Arg or Lys, Xaa is Arg or Lys, n is an integer of 0 to 14, and Yaa is Arg, Arg-NH2, Lys, Lys-NH2 or Hse) added to the C-terminus of the peptide having a GLP-1 activity. These derivatives are highly absorbable via a mucous membrane. The GLP-1 derivative can be conferred with resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase IV by substituting amino acid 8 in its GLP-1 amino acid sequence with Ser, or with resistance to trypsin by substituting amino acids 26 and 34 with Gln and Asn, respectively. The absorption efficiency of the GLP-1 derivatives via mucous membranes can be further improved by preparing a composition using a charge-regulated fat emulsion regulated to be negatively charged thereon.

摘要: A driving circuit has a p-channel transistor and an n-channel transistor. A power switching element is set at an on state each time the p-channel transistor sets a charging line at a conductive state in response to a leading edge of an output pulse to supply a positive charge to a gate of the element through the charging line. The element is set at an off state each time the n-channel transistor sets a discharging line at a conductive state in response to a trailing edge of the output pulse to discharge the supplied charge through the discharging line. A through current occasionally flows through the transistors set at the on state together. The driving circuit has resistors between the transistors to suppress the through current.

摘要: The control apparatus for controlling a voltage transforming apparatus having a transformer, power switching elements disposed in a primary side, and synchronous-rectifying switching elements disposed in a secondary side includes a judging circuit making a judgment as to whether or not an output current of the voltage transforming apparatus is smaller than a specified current on the basis of a primary-side current of the transformer and an inhibition circuit inhibiting the synchronous-rectifying switching elements from performing their synchronous-rectifying control operation when the judging circuit judges that the output current is smaller than the specified current. The judging circuit makes the judgment on the basis of the primary-side current flowing through the primary coil of the transformer immediately before the power switching elements are turned off.

摘要: An injection molding apparatus of a metal material places a heating cylinder in an inclined position. The heating cylinder includes a nozzle at a tip thereof and a screw disposed inside. In this way, the metal material in a liquid phase state can be transferred and metered accurately in a reliable manner at all times by flowing due to the inclination and a transfer force produced by rotation of the screw. A clamping apparatus is provided to oppose the injection apparatus and includes a mold having a sprue bush inside. The injection apparatus and the clamping apparatus are placed on an apparatus platform in an inclined position at the same angle with the mold in a lower end, so that the metal material in the liquid phase state in the heating cylinder flows down toward the head due to self-weight. The nozzle and sprue bush are positioned on the same straight line, thereby maintaining nozzle touch without bending the nozzle.

摘要: The invention has an object to permit to make the accumulation amount and the temperature of molten metal in the metal material molding machine constant, by performing material supply and melting taking the accumulation amount as reference during the molding operation. The supply apparatus 11 and the agitation means 29 of metal material at the moment of operation starting are controlled to be inactive until the temperature of the melting vessel attains a predetermined value and to start operating when the predetermined temperature is attained, allowing to supply and agitate the metal material. The supply and the agitation of metal material after the predetermined temperature is attained, are performed while gradually supplying and agitating the metal material until metal material of at least 6 times or more of the maximum injection volume is accumulated in melt state.

摘要: A display apparatus comprises arrayed pixels, a vertical-scanning circuit, and a horizontal-scanning circuit. The vertical-scanning circuit outputs selection pulses one after another to sequentially scan pixels in one vertical-scanning period in units of lines. The horizontal-scanning circuit sends and writes a video signal into the pixel line selected by the sequential scanning in one horizontal-scanning period. The vertical-scanning circuit is provided with a switching section to control the consecutive outputs of the selection pulses and to adjust the number of pixel lines to be selected in one horizontal period according to the specification of the video signal used. This configuration enables both noninterlaced drive and interlaced drive.

摘要: A level converting circuit for an input clock signal having a relatively low amplitude comprising a level converting circuit for converting the input clock signal to an output clock signal having a relatively high amplitude, the level converting circuit having an input transistor which has a predetermined threshold voltage, and detecting/offsetting circuit for detecting the threshold voltage of the input transistor and adding an offset voltage in response to the detected threshold voltage to the input clock signal and then for providing the offset input clock signal to the level converting circuit. The novel setup performs clock interfacing of a thin-film transistor integrated circuit device represented by an active-matrix liquid crystal display device at a relatively high speed at a low voltage below 3 V for example. This allows to fully cope with a recent trend of ever reducing operating voltage of a CMOS gate array constituting an external timing generator, eliminating necessity for building a pulse amplifier based especially on high dielectric-strength MOS process into the gate array to eventually reduce size of the chip.
