摘要: A sealing device for a rolling bearing device includes a metal core which includes a cylindrical portion fitted on an outer circumferential surface of an end portion of an outer ring, a circular ring portion extending radially inwards from the cylindrical portion while being in abutment with an end face of the end portion of the outer ring and an inward edge portion extending further radially inwards from a radially inward end portion of the circular ring portion so as to protrude towards an inner circumferential side of the outer ring and on which seal lips are mounted. A shielding portion made of an elastic material is mounted at a radially outward end portion of the circular ring portion in such a manner as to extend towards a flange portion so as to shield a clearance defined between the flange portion and the end portion of the outer ring.

摘要: In a wheel bearing of the invention, a labyrinth clearance is formed between a flange for the mounting of a wheel thereon and an end face of an outer ring member. A peripheral groove is formed in an inner peripheral surface of that end portion of the outer ring member disposed close to the flange. A sealing device mounted at that end portion of an annular space disposed close to the flange is composed of a single seal ring having a seal member formed integrally on a metal core member. A press-fitting portion is formed at an outer peripheral portion of the seal member, and is press-fitted in the peripheral groove to be fixed thereto. An inner peripheral lip is formed at an inner peripheral portion of the seal member, and is held in sliding contact with a curved surface portion interconnecting an inner peripheral surface of the inner ring member and a side face of the flange. With this construction, the clearance between the flange and the end face of the outer ring member can be reduced to serve as the labyrinth clearance, and besides the axial dimension of the sealing device can be reduced.

The processor is configured to prepare an Doppler-mode image based on the first Doppler signal and a second Doppler signal resulting from the Doppler-mode scan. The second processor is configured to prepare a B-mode image based on a B-mode signal resulting from the B-mode scan.

摘要: A wheel bearing apparatus includes a roller bearing, an inner shaft having an outer circumferential surface to which an inner ring of the roller bearing is installed, a coupler ring attached to an end portion of the inner shaft, and a caulked portion provided in an end portion of the inner shaft so as to fix the coupler ring and the roller bearing to the inner shaft so as to be immovable in an axial direction of the inner shaft. An outer diameter of the coupler ring is set smaller than a diameter of a shoulder portion of the inner ring. Alternatively, a protruding portion is provided in any one of opposing end surfaces of the coupler ring and the inner ring, whereby the coupler ring is arranged away from a seal member. Accordingly, it is possible to avoid an interference of the coupler ring with the seal member.

摘要: An annular seal, tapered rollers and a retainer are arranged on the outer peripheral surface on the flange section side of an inner shaft to form an inner shaft assembly. An annular spacer capable of being split in the circumferential direction is arranged between the flange section of the inner shaft and the annular seal. With the annular spacer supporting the annular seal, an outer ring is pushed into the inner shaft assembly to assemble the annular seal to the outer ring, and then the annular spacer is split and taken out.
