    摘要: A high-pressure fuel supply system can reduce the generation of noise upon opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve (100) of the high-pressure fuel supply system includes a body (41), a plunger (40) slidably received in the body (41), a valve seat (42) with which an end of the plunger is caused to move into and out of contact so that the valve seat is placed into fluid communication with a fuel pressurization chamber (27) when the plunger is moved apart from the valve seat, a stopper (43) for limiting the distance of separation of the plunger from the valve seat, and a spring (48) for urging the plunger in a direction toward the valve seat. An elastic O ring (101) is provided around the valve seat for absorbing collision sounds generated when the plunger collides with the valve seat.

    摘要: A cylinder injection high-pressure fuel pump prevents the pulsations of fuel generated by a high-pressure fuel pump from spreading to a low-pressure pipe connected to a low pressure end. The cylinder injection high-pressure fuel pump has: a casing (1) in which an inlet passage (2) for taking fuel in and a discharge passage (35) for draining the fuel are formed; a cylinder (30) formed in the casing (1); a fuel pressurizing chamber (32) formed in a part of the cylinder (30); and a plunger (31) disposed in the cylinder (30) such that is may reciprocate therein. As the plunger (31) reciprocates, the fuel is taken into the fuel pressurizing chamber (32) through the inlet passage (2)and pressurized therein, then the pressurized fuel is discharged through the discharge passage (35) and forcibly fed into a fuel injector of a cylinder injection type engine. The inlet passage (2) is equipped with a check valve (70).

The fuel injection valve device includes: a nozzle having a fuel passage inside and in which a valve seat is formed at an end; a needle valve for opening and closing the fuel passage by coming in contact with and separating from the valve seat; and an nozzle hole plate that is disposed at the tip of the nozzle and injects a fuel in the fuel passage at the time of opening the needle valve. The nozzle hole plate and the nozzle are fixed by welding in a state of forming an even gap between them.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve comprises: a solenoid unit including a core, an armature and a coil; and a valve unit including a valve element connected to the armature to travel therewith, and a valve seat that regulates a movement in valve closing direction of the valve element, and is open and closed by the valve element separating from or coming in contact and a stopper for regulating a movement in valve opening direction of the valve element; and that is connected to the solenoid unit; and in which there is provided a cavity that communicates with a gap formed between the core and the armature in opposition, and the cavity forms a resonator for suppressing bounce of the valve element. In spite of the simple structure, it is possible to effectively suppress bounce of the valve element that takes place at the time of valve opening/closing.

    摘要: An intake air quantity controlling device for an internal combustion engine that includes a shaft, a throttle valve, a final spur gear, a drive motor, a full closure stopper, a full opening stopper, and a collision portion. The shaft is rotatably provided across an intake passage. The throttle valve is fixed to the shaft. The final spur gear is fixed to an end portion of the shaft. The drive motor applies a rotational force to the final spur gear. A full closure stopper determines a full closure position of the throttle valve, and full opening stopper determines a full opening position of the throttle valve. The final spur gear is provided with the collision portion, which collides with the full closure stopper and the full opening stopper to stop rotation of the final spur gear. The collision portion has a notch portion formed therein, defining a full-closure-side collision member that is elastically deformed through collision with the full closure stopper and a full-opening-side collision member that is elastically deformed through collision with the full opening stopper.
