    Abstract: A heat-insulating fireproof structure and a method of manufacturing the heat-insulating fireproof structure are provided. The heat-insulating fireproof structure includes a fireproof fiber layer, and at least one fireproof reinforcement layer. The fireproof fiber layer includes an inorganic aerogel. The inorganic aerogel is present in the fireproof fiber layer by being attached on surfaces of fibers therein. Based on the fireproof fiber layer being 100 wt %, a content of the inorganic aerogel is from 20 wt % to 50 wt %.

    Abstract: An antibacterial and antifungal polyester laminated structure is provided, and includes a main structure support layer and an antibacterial and antifungal functional layer. The main structure support layer is formed of a polyester material, and the main structure support layer enables the polyester laminated structure to have an impact-resistant strength of not less than 20 kg-cm/cm. The antibacterial and antifungal functional layer is formed of an antibacterial and antifungal polyester material, and the antibacterial and antifungal polyester material includes an antibacterial and antifungal additive. The antibacterial and antifungal additive includes a plurality of glass beads that are dispersed in the antibacterial and antifungal functional layer. A plurality of silver nanoparticles are distributed on an outer surface of each of the glass beads, and the antibacterial and antifungal additive enables the antibacterial and antifungal functional layer to have antibacterial and antifungal capabilities.

    Abstract: An infrared shielding film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The infrared shielding film includes an infrared absorbing layer and a first infrared reflecting layer disposed on a surface of the infrared absorbing layer. The infrared absorbing layer contains a uniform distribution of composite tungsten oxide particles that are present in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the infrared absorbing layer. The first infrared reflecting layer contains a uniform distribution of titanium oxide particles that are present in an amount of 0.1% to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the first infrared reflecting layer.

    Abstract: A release liner and a method for producing the same are provided. The release liner includes a resin base layer and two resin release layers. The resin base layer has two surfaces opposite to each other. The two resin release layers are respectively formed on the two surfaces of the resin base layer. Each of the resin release layers includes: a non-polar resin material and a polar resin material. In each of the resin release layers, the polar resin material is dispersed in the non-polar resin material in a plurality of granular forms, an average particle size of the polar resin material ranges from 0.1 μm to 10 μm, and a content of the polar resin material in the resin release layer ranges from 10 wt % to 50 wt %, so that a surface roughness (Ra) of the resin release layer ranges from 0.1 μm to 10 μm.

    Abstract: A water-based printing ink composition for gravure printing and a method for producing the same are provided. The water-based printing ink composition includes: 1 to 15 parts by weight of a pigment, 1 to 50 parts by weight of an aqueous resin mixture, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a quick-drying agent, and 30 to 80 parts by weight of water. The aqueous resin mixture includes a first aqueous resin and a second aqueous resin, a first glass transition temperature of the first aqueous resin is greater than a second glass transition temperature of the second aqueous resin, and an absolute value of the difference between the first glass transition temperature and the second glass transition temperature is not less than 40° C. The quick-drying agent is an alcohol or a ketone, and the quick-drying agent has a boiling point of not greater than 85° C.
