Abstract: A polyester film and a method for producing the same are provided. The polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed of physically recycled polyester chips, and the physically recycled polyester chips have a first intrinsic viscosity. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed of chemically recycled polyester chips, and the chemically recycled polyester chips have a second intrinsic viscosity. The second intrinsic viscosity is less than the first intrinsic viscosity. The physically recycled polyester chips and the chemically recycled polyester chips are mixed with each other and melt extruded according to a predetermined intrinsic viscosity, so that the polyester film has the predetermined intrinsic viscosity.

Abstract: A polyester film for laser embossing and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The polyester film for laser embossing is made from a recycled polyester material, and includes a base layer and a skin layer. The skin layer is disposed on at least one surface of the base layer. The skin layer is formed from a first polyester composition. The first polyester composition includes regenerated polyethylene terephthalate as a main component and at least one component selected from 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, neopentyl glycol, 2-methyl-1,3-propanediol, pentanediol, isopentyldiol, adipic acid, and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, so that a melting point of the skin layer ranges from 190° C. to 240° C.

Abstract: A heat sealable polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The heat sealable polyester film is made from a recycled polyester material. The heat sealable polyester film includes a base layer and a heat sealable layer formed on at least one surface of the base layer. The heat sealable layer is formed from a first polyester composition. A main component of the first polyester composition is regenerated polyethylene terephthalate and the first polyester composition further includes at least one of 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, neopentyl glycol, and polybutylene terephthalate. A heat sealing temperature of the heat sealable polyester film ranges from 120° C. to 230° C.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a polyester film for embossing is provided. A polyester composition is prepared from a recycled polyester material. The polyester composition includes a physically regenerated polyester resin and a chemically regenerated polyester resin. The polyester composition is melted and extruded so as to form a base layer. The base layer is stretched in a machine direction. A surface coating paste is coated onto the base layer. The base layer with the surface coating paste is heated and stretched in a transverse direction, such that the surface coating paste turns into a surface coating layer, and a polyester film for embossing is obtained.

Abstract: A low shrinkage low oligomer polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method includes forming at least one polyester composition into an unstretched polyester thick film and stretching the unstretched polyester thick film in a machine direction (MD) and a transverse direction (TD) at a stretch ratio of two to six times. The polyester composition includes 94% to 99.974% by weight of a polyester resin, 0.01% to 1% by weight of a primary antioxidant, 0.01% to 1% by weight of a secondary antioxidant, 0.003% to 2% by weight of a nucleating agent, and 0.003% to 2% by weight of a flow aid. The polyester resin has an intrinsic viscosity between 0.60 dl/g and 0.80 dl/g.

Abstract: A polyester film for dry films includes a polyester resin matrix and a plurality of spherical smoothing agents dispersed in the polyester resin matrix. The polyester resin matrix has a refractive index with a range from 1.5 to 1.7. Each of the spherical smoothing agents has a refractive index within a range from 1.3 to 1.9, a particle size within a range from 50 nm to 2 μm, and a circularity not less than 0.7. A surface of each of the spherical smoothing agents is covered with a siloxane compound or modified with siloxy to be in contact with the polyester resin matrix. The polyester film for dry films is a biaxially-stretched polyester film, and the polyester film for dry films has a haze not greater than 1%, a transparency not less than 85%, and a circuit resolution not greater than 10 μm.

The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives in the polyester film is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. Abstract: A low oligomer modified polyester film capable of being easily extended and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The modified polyester film includes a base layer and at least one skin layer formed on the base layer, each of which is formed from a polyester composition. The polyester composition includes 1 to 60 wt % of a blend resin, 0.02 to 2 wt % of an antioxidative ingredient, 0.003 to 2 wt % of a nucleation agent, and 0.003 to 2 wt % of a processing and flowing aid. The blend resin includes 90 to 99.9 phr of a polyester resin and 0.01 to 10 phr of an acrylic resin. The polyester resin has an intrinsic viscosity between 0.62 dl/g and 1.00 dl/g, and the acrylic resin has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) between 10,000 and 80,000.
