    摘要: A process for simply and inexpensively producing a conjugated diene polymer with a narrow molecular weight distribution and a high cis-bond content at a low cost is provided. The process comprises a polymerization step, wherein a conjugated diene polymer having a cis-1,4-bond content of 98.5 mass % or more and a ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) to the number average molecular weight (Mn) measured by gel permeation chromatography of 2.5 or less is obtained by carrying out a polymerization reaction in conjugated diene compounds using a catalyst composition containing a rare earth element-containing compound or a reaction product of the rare earth element-containing compound with a Lewis base, an aluminoxane and/or organoaluminum compound, and an iodine-containing compound.

    摘要: An objective of the invention is to provide a conjugated diene-based rubber having a specific composition and a method of producing the same, an oil extended rubber using the same, as well as a rubber composition capable of being converted into a vulcanized rubber which has a low rolling resistance, an excellent wearing resistance and the like, and is useful, for example, as a tire or the like. A conjugated diene-based rubber in the invention has a glass transition point of −60 to 0° C., an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit randomly contains in its molecular chain, its repeating units consists of 9 to 30% by mass of an olefinically unsaturated nitrile monomer unit such as acrylonitrile, 10 to 50% by mass of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit such as styrene and 20 to 81% by mass of a conjugated diene monomer unit such as 1,3-butadiene, and its Mooney viscosity [ML1+4(100° C.)] is 20 to 200. An oil extended rubber in the invention comprises 100 parts by mass of the conjugated diene-based rubber and 10 to 60 parts by mass of an extending oil. A rubber composition in the invention comprises a rubber component containing a conjugated diene-based rubber, and an inorganic filler such as a silica and/or a carbon black.

    摘要: A method for producing a modified conjugated diene polymer includes a modification step (A) that subjects a conjugated diene polymer having a cis-1,4-bond content of 98.5% or more and possessing an active end to a modification reaction to introduce an alkoxysilane compound having two or more reactive groups including an alkoxysilyl group into the active end of the conjugated diene polymer, and a condensation step (B) that subjects the residue of the alkoxysilane compound introduced into the active end to a condensation reaction in the presence of a condensation catalyst that includes at least one element among the elements of the groups 4A, 2B, 3B, 4B, and 5B in the periodic table. The method can produce a modified conjugated diene polymer that exhibits low heat build-up and excellent wear resistance.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method for producing a modified conjugated diene polymer improved in quality stability, more enhanced in low heat buildup and reinforcing ability when used in a rubber composition, excellent in wear resistance, mechanical characteristics and processability, and improved in cold flow; and a rubber composition using the same. The method includes a step of modifying an active end of an active end-containing conjugated diene polymer having a cis-1,4-bond content of 75% or more with an alkoxysilane compound containing at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of (a) an epoxy group, (b) an isocyanate group and (c) a carboxyl group, and a step of adding a condensation accelerator to conduct condensation reaction of the alkoxysilane compound (residue) in an aqueous solution having a pH of 9 to 14 and a temperature of 85 to 180° C.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a diene-based rubber/inorganic compound complex capable of allowing a silicic acid compound including silica and the like to be dispersed uniformly and allowing a reinforcing effect to be exerted sufficiently, and a rubber composition containing said complex. A latex comprising a diene-based rubber such as styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber, butadiene-styrene-isoprene copolymeric rubber and the like is mixed with an aqueous solution of a silicate in which an alkaline salt of silicic acid such as sodium silicate, potassium silicate and the like is dissolved, and then the resultant mixture is further mixed with an aqueous solution of electrolytes containing [1] a cationic substance which has an affinity to the diene-based rubber including a cationic polymer coagulating agent such as poly(meth)acrylic ester or the like and a cationic surfactant such as alkylamine acetate or the like and [2] a salt of an acid such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and the like with a multivalent metal such as calcium, magnesium and the like, to form a co-coagulated material, which is followed by a drying, whereby obtaining a diene-based rubber/inorganic compound complex.
