    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a polymer structure comprising: mixing and unifying a matrix polymer made of a linear polymer and a highly-branched polymer having hydrophilic functional groups at molecular ends and to form a structure containing the matrix polymer and the highly-branched polymer; and subjecting the obtained structure to either immersion in water and/or a hydrophilic solvent or exposure to an atmosphere of vapor of water and/or a hydrophilic solvent at a temperature ranging from a temperature lower than Tg of the matrix polymer by 30° C. to decomposition temperature of the matrix polymer; wherein the hydrophilic functional groups at the molecular ends of the highly-branched polymer are distributed in outermost surface of the polymer structure at an enhanced density. The present invention also relates to a process for producing a polymer structure in which vinyl polymer chains are grafted to at least a part of the hydrophilic functional groups.

    摘要: There is provided to a method for efficiently producing phosphonic acid metal salt fine particles with an average particle diameter of 0.5 μm or less with high efficiency. A method for producing phosphonic acid metal salt fine particles, comprising: a) causing a reaction of a phosphonic acid compound of Formula (I): (where R1 and R2 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, or an alkoxycarbonyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms) with a base in an aqueous medium to adjust a pH range of the reaction system to be neutral to basic; b) causing a reaction of the product obtained in a) with a metal salt to precipitate a phosphonic acid metal salt from the aqueous medium; c) removing water from the phosphonic acid metal salt precipitated in b); and d) heating and drying the phosphonic acid metal salt from which water is removed in c).

The hyperbranched polymer can be obtained by substituting the molecular terminal dithiocarbamate group of a hyperbranched polymer having a dithiocarbamate group at a molecular terminal, which is obtained by living radical polymerization of a dithiocarbamate compound having a vinyl group structure, with a halogen atom. Also disclosed is a hyperbranched polymer wherein an amino group or an ammonium group is at a molecular terminal instead of a halogen atom.

    摘要: A novel process is provided for producing prefoam type cellular concrete articles, which uses a foamed slurry (E) consisting essentially of an aqueous slurry (A) of a calcium silicate-based cement compound, an aqueous slurry (B) of a calcium aluminate-based cement compound, a specific setting retarder (C), and an aqueous foamed liquid (D). The process is further characterized in that: (i) the foamed slurry (E) is cast and provided with hardened strength sufficient for demolding in 20 to 120 minutes after it has been poured into a mold; (ii) the demolded article is subjected to precuring under specific conditions of humidity, temperature and precuring time; and (iii) the molded article is then subjected to hydrothermal curing under high pressure.
