Abstract:
A method and mask having balance patterns for reducing and/or preventing chemical flare from occurring in a photoresist between a first mask region and a second mask region. Balance patterns formed on the mask may have a desired and/or predetermined pitch and may be regularly arranged. If the pitch of the balance patterns is equal to or smaller than a threshold value, the balance patterns may not allow the patterns to be transferred onto a photoresist. In addition, the photoresist corresponding to the balance patterns may be either completely removed or completely remain depending on the duty of the balance patterns.
Abstract:
A choke structure of microwave oven door which can effectively protect a human body by shielding the microwave leakage to outside is disclosed. The choke structure comprises a drawn side wall provided by bending from the sealing surface opposite to the front panel, a lower choke wall bent by extending outwards from an end of the drawn side wall, an outer choke wall bending by extending from an end of the lower choke wall toward the sealing surface, and an upper choke wall bent by extending from an end of the outer choke wall toward the drawn side wall. The length of the microwave transmission path is 1/4..lambda..sub.0 wherein, .lambda..sub.0 is the free space wavelength of microwave. The choke structure has a plurality of slits for dividing the choke structure into a plurality of chokes to form plural open longitudinal paths. The holes for reinforcing impedance are formed at portions of the lower choke wall opposite to the slits formed at the choke structure. A large impedance is formed in view of circuitry between the front panel of a cooking chamber and a sealing surface of a door frame contacted thereto. Thus, almost the leaked microwave disappears by short-circuiting at the inner surface of the final short longitudinal surface from the opening of the choke structure as a starting point.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a biomarker composition for detecting diabetic retinopathy comprising at least one protein selected from the group consisting of proteins as set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 169. And also, the present invention provides a kit for diagnosing diabetic retinopathy, comprising a molecule specifically binding to at least one protein selected from the group consisting of proteins as set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 169. It has been newly found that 105 proteins as set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 105 are significantly over-expressed in the vitreous humors obtained from PDR patients, while 64 proteins as set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 106 to 169 are significantly over-expressed in those obtained from normal people. Therefore, the proteins can be used for biomarker capable of detecting diabetic retinopathy. The biomarker can provide fundamental information in researching vitreoretinal disorders, such as diabetic retinopathy. Especially, the newly found proteins may be applied to a kit for diagnosing diabetic retinopathy with a molecule specifically binding thereto, e.g., a monoclonal antibody. And also, it has been newly found that the levels of thyroxine-binding globulin precursor (TBG) in both vitreous and plasma of PDR and NPDR states and in plasma of diabetes mellitus state, are outstandingly higher than in non-diabetic control (MH or normal control). Therefore, TBG may be applied to a diabetes mellitus biomarker, and a kit for diagnosing diabetes mellitus with a molecule specifically binding thereto.
