摘要： An optical device includes: a light guide plate receiving, for each of N types of wavelength bands, a plurality of parallel light beams with different incident angles each corresponding to view angles, and guiding the received parallel light beams; a first and a second volume hologram gratings of reflection type having a diffraction configuration which includes N types of interference fringes each corresponding to the N types of wavelength bands, and diffracting/reflecting the parallel light beams. The optical device satisfies for each wavelength band, a relationship of ‘P>L’, where ‘L’ represents a central diffraction wavelength in the first and second volume hologram gratings, defined for a parallel light beam corresponding to a central view angle, and ‘P’ represents a peak wavelength of the parallel light beams.

摘要： A method of fabricating a multilayer ceramic substrate includes stacking one or a plurality of unfired ceramic greensheets on one or both sides of a previously fired ceramic substrate, thereby forming a stack, each unfired ceramic greensheet having a firing temperature substantially equal to or lower than a firing temperature of the previously fired ceramic substrate, stacking a restricting greensheet on the unfired ceramic greensheet composing an outermost layer of the stack, the restricting greensheet having a higher firing temperature than each unfired ceramic greensheet, firing the stack at the firing temperature of the unfired ceramic green sheets with or without pressure applied via the restricting greensheet while the stack is under restriction by the restricting greensheet, thereby integrating the stack, and eliminating remainders of the restricting greensheet after the firing step.

An SDRAM controller has: a register unit to which a command to be issued and a minimum interval (wait time) between issue of the command and issue of the next command are written by a CPU; and a command issuing unit that stops issue of the next command until the minimum interval written in the register elapses since issue of the command written in the register. Therefore, by changing software for the CPU, the SDRAM controller can be flexibly adapted to a plurality of kinds of SDRAMs.

In this case, the phase compensating circuitry comprises the optical waveguide (4) composed of a substrate formed of an electrooptic crystal and a thin film having a light refractive index higher than that of the substrate formed on the substrate, phase control electrodes (21a and 22b) for applying an electric field to the optical waveguide (4) in the direction along the TM mode and a feedback circuit (11).
