These acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives are preferably processed from the melt. The low molecular weight fraction lowers the flow viscosity, while the high molecular weight fraction results in the achievement of a high shear strength, following appropriate crosslinking, for the acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive.
